I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. I'm there nearly everyday. This was by far the most rachet Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to I arrived there about 7:30am and went to use the restroom. Not one roll of toilet paper there at all. I had to take some out of the women's room and yes nobody was in there lol. They were very busy. That early a line out the door, and wrapped all the way out into the beginning of the driveway. Surprisingly there were cranking things quickly for the customers. A employee was making so much noise in the front during the service sounded like she was smacking a barking sheet on the counter. Then the same woman was talking so loudly about wanting to go get that cigarette break on. Another was being very unprofessional with the comments she made towards a guy in front of me. Having said that after that on my way out the door to go to my vehicle the coffee cup split and the whole cup of coffee went all over the ground. The only thing that made my experience that day was the nice woman who was cashiering. She was so very nice. She apologized for the cup splitting and replaced my coffee. If I knew her name I would have given her props or employee recognition or a raise or all of the above. She is the only reason I gave this location a second star. After reading all of the other dissatisfied customer views of the services this location can professionally turn it around so if im ever out that way again I would consider going there again.
Service was super slow 2 people behind me left. The online and pick up orders didn't make it any faster, they didn't start making your order until you get there. The food and donuts were way low quality compared to how they used to be.
They're sadly understaffed but surprisingly cheery and always friendly and great service, even when they ran out of important products
This dunkin is ALWAYS so slow, wether in drive thru or inside. I've waiting 10 minutes in their drive thru before--no joke!
Used to be my favorite Dunkin I waited inside at mobile order counter while countless people came in the store to put their orders in and was immediately served I was ignored the entire time 15 minutes later I eventually was asked if I got my order I said no then was asked if I was waiting on food I said no it was two drinks I finally got them and they are so watered down I threw both away complete waste of 10$(if possible I'd ask for a refund but i refuse to go that store again) between the horrible service and the attitude I was given I'll just stick to another location or go across the street to Starbucks
Second time I've gone through and got the wrong thing and they're not very concerned about fixing it. Was told there was no manager there..... to complain later.
Took over 20 minutes to get order, 2 drinks and 2 breakfast croissants. Everyone complaining. Line to door. One cashier, also stocking donuts. Coffees cold by time got food. Drive through to road and now blocked in. Was bringing breakfast to our kids who just had a baby. So much for that.
Great coffee but the atmosphere was… well, how can I put it? A bit distracting.
Was given a sandwich with 1 single piece of bacon and when I showed sandwich to lady instead of fixing it she with attitude made me pay for more bacon.
Part of my order was forgotten and I was told by a manger I could come back and get my order at a later date. When I went back to get my order apparently my name was never written down and the manager told me I could come back tomorrow and talk to the other manager. She was not polite at all. Not great customer service.
