Ordered online and went to pick up, but when we got there we were told the ovens were down. Why were online orders open and accepted if the ovens were down and they were still open? The two workers just laughed when explaining the situation. Do not recommend. Ordered at 10:15pm, Tuesday.
Wings have no meat on them. Also tiny fatty waist of money. Pasta was less than half full in container not like this in the past. Will never buy from again.
The pasta are good n that's the reason I go there. And it's not that expensive. The customer service is excellent, 5+5more stars from me.

they always forget to part of my order . The manager I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional She kept calling me honey bunny through the whole conversation. when I called I could also hear her in the background say she's not sending anybody back to deliver my soda. there just up the street so i don't understand the reasoning . I am so pissed becaue this is not the first time . she also hing up on me twice and I'm a nice person but that right there made me mad.
Delivery was fast however the food was awful. Dry and salty unedable. Very disappointing!

customer service was great!! they were nice to me and had patience with me. i have a speech problem so it was a little difficult to order but they didnt get mad or upset. the pizza tasted good and the mango habanero wings also!
Your pizza is okay I like it a little I like that bread steaks they sell and I like the brownies the pizza is okay
I've been ordering from this location for 9 years since I moved into the neighborhood. I live about 1/4 mile away. According to the mydominos online on my phone, I ordered 54 times in 2021 and 43 times in 2020. This does not include the many times a year that online ordering is down, and I call the store directly. I would say I'm a consistent customer. The food is generally quick and very consistent every time. For all of the deliveries I've received, I make sure I tip 20% or more for the drivers. Today will be the last time I will ever place an order from here. Never again. The complete and utter disrespect and disappointment I encountered today will never leave my thoughts. Today, I ordered and paid online for a in-store pickup. 1 gluten free pizza. This location took away their carside delivery option about 2 months ago, so you just have to physically walk in to grab your food now. I forgot my mask today. As soon as I walked through the door, all 3 employees started violently screaming at me re not having a mask on. I explained that I unfortunately did not have a mask on me but I had already ordered and paid - plus that my pizza was sitting on there shelf there and I'd be on my way. These employees refused to hand me my pizza screaming at me (loudly) to "GET OUT OF MY STORE". I asked if then they could then walk my pizza out to me- they refused and kept screaming at me. They also stated that they would just refund my order rather than just physically hand me the box. Well, dominos Culver Rd , I will never support you guys or order from you ever again. I also contacted corporate. Thank you for ruining my night. All I wanted was my pizza.
