My first time there! It was great. from cocktails to appetizers to our main meal! Fantastic flavors and great service!!
We loved this meal. My husband and I shared 1/2 family style. Our waitress said of course we could do half pork and half brisket instead of choosing between them. It also came 1/2 chicken and a half slab of ribs, which more than we could eat. The mac and cheese was great with a little Cajun seasoning for little kick. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable with great music. The cornbread is not to be missed, with a glaze on top that I am pretty sure had just a little honey. We loved it so much, we almost stopped at the Syracuse location when passing through.
Where do I start?!? The smell in the parking lot gets you salivating before you even enter the restaurant.Ribs were excellent, brisket was tender, chilli was amazing, and the wings were beyond fantastic. They’re smoked and then grilled…simply perfect!I’ve been to Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse and Buffalo. I must say, this one is my favourite!!Loved this place and I highly recommend it to anyone.
As always the food didn’t disappoint. I went to dinosaur barbecue many times when I lived in Rochester. Coming home for the visit I was craving one place to eat this was it. Excellent food excellent service!
I loved this place. The waitress was awesome, atmosphere was great, loved the music, & affordable prices for the amount of food you were served. My 7 year old son gave it 10 stars. So we are definitely coming back.

The ribs, chicken, pork, and brisket are first rate. Smoky and slathered with excellent sauce and very meaty. All the sides are extremely delicious. Service is prompt and friendly.
Loved this BBQ! I got the beef brisket salad - chopped veggies, nice portion of beef brisket, and the got a side of mac & cheese. By far the best mac & cheese I've ever had in a restaurant. There's a bit of jalapenos in it, which gives it a nice bite. Was there on a Saturday afternoon, and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table for 2. Staff was very busy, but professional and polite. Is in an old train station (?) so very cool atmosphere. Highly recommend.
