I'll start by saying the subs are always superb.Still the best in the area.With that said, they ruined their ordering process which they had down to a science. I'm not sure if this a result of that change, but the staff is extremely rude.They aren't making your sub as you list of the ingredients and this is causing a bottleneck in the speed of the operation.TLDR: go to dibellas, avoid this one.
Not a big fan of the restaurant anymore cuz it's way overpriced. I understand everything's going up but it's just out of control. Won't be eating there until things get lowered you can go to a local restaurant and pay less for a nice salad. But here you pay $16 in change for a salad. Thank God it's a little bit bigger otherwise it would have been really upset and probably canceled the order.
I come to this dibellas all the time. I have no problem with the actual store itself but this specific time today, the lady who took my order had such a terrible attitude, it’s a good thing i work with people all day and know how to politely be mean because this does not look good as the first person you speak to walking into the store.
Getting really tired of them getting orders wrong.... this is ridiculous. I can understand missing one topping but my sub today came without literally everything i asked for. No oil, no pickles, no peppers, no mayo and the meat was OLD and dried out smh. The STALE bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth ?. I suspect that they gave me an old sub.Yall job really isn't that hard!??♀️?Edit: after eating this sub, i got sick to my stomach later that night. I likely won't be back.
Horrible customer service, maybe instead of talking to each other for 15 minutes take orders what a joke. 6 people working 2 customer's in store and you take 20 minutes to make a cold sub ? Definitely need a new manager to run the store
My husband and I went here today for lunch and it was incredible! I had the Dagwood and he had the Italian assorted. Best subs we have had!! Kudos to you guys in that Dibellas team today!!!! Amazing food and customer service!!!
I love their subs and steak sandwiches they are so good I will eat there every day if I could
By far the best subs I have ever had but this time their subs came a little short of a 5 star. The bread seemed old. It was harder then normal. And they forgot the hot peppers on the sub which is my favorite part.
I went for a sub with my mask on and saw a customer get rudely confronted for not having one. Then heard the manager go on a rant how there are hundreds of thousands of children in hospital cause of idiots like that. I don’t want to go to a sub shop/police station/virology expert.
We called our order in and it was ready when we got there, right on time. We took it home and we sat down and enjoyed it! Great tasting subs on wonderful sub rolls
