Slow for hot subs but same good DiBellas quality. Prices are higher than past due to inflation but Dibellas has held quality.

It seems like since covid they don't know what they're doing. A bit disorganized but at least the subs are still good.

My biggest regret is not reading the reviews 1st. Literally stood waiting forever to place order.Manager had to tell one of the 10 people working to take my order. Then they disappeared. No other customers inside store but me. How the heck were they that busy. After placing order still had to wait forever. Fire the entire staff and start all over.

Good subs when they are right. We order online and at least one sub order per trip is wrong, sometimes multiple subs. It is irritating but they are good when done rightIf 2.5 stars was an option that is what I would give

Place was recommended due to being a good place, but when we went, they swapped our subs. We let the sub swap slide because we were in the same group, but then noticed one of the main ingredient were missing, plus the wrong cheese was added. Thankfully my brother went up there to complain and initially was given the run-around, but then the substitute manager did make it right in the end. Willing to give it a second chance to use our coupon for their screw up. We shall see.

This review is specifically for the Rochester East Ave place. Dibella subs are delicious but the East Ave place should get 0 stars for their service. I waited 40 min for a hot sub and in the end it was on the wrong bread and was missing all the toppings I asked for. And they were taking so long with everyone, people that ordered were giving up and were walking out without their subs. Don't go there just drive down to Wegmans and get yourself a sub nearly as good in a fraction of the time

This visit was complete chaos. People were waiting 45 minutes for their food at least (for one sub). The restaurant was taking on more orders than they could keep up with. There were completed online orders that weren't put out on the shelf for people to pick up until they complained after waiting 20 minutes of looking at it behind the counter. My food (one sub and chips) wasn't ready about an hour after I ordered it so I left. Will never come to this location again.

We ordered our subs online and they were ready on time! The subs were done as asked and delicious too. We will do this again.

Don’t go if you’re expecting quick service. Not sure what’s goin on at this DiBella’s but over the last few experiences, service has just gotten worse and WORSE. Ordered two medium TUNA (cold) subs in store and waited over 30 minutes while many people in the back slowly worked their way around the line and the “paid” line grew longer and longer waiting for their subs too.Unacceptable for a quick service sub shop who prides themselves on service and quality. Preference should come to those IN STORE and not ONLINE. Give the folks in store the priority, managers. Better and faster service process needed.

The food is amazing. The salads have a ton of toppings in them. They may not always get the order right but they politely fix it without question if it’s wrong.
