Used to be pretty good, but the past handful of times we've gotten food from here, there have been a plethora of issues. Drinks came in generic white cups, and were completely the wrong drink one of the times, the subs have been really light on all of the toppings, even to the point of having absolutely none of one condiment, and only the faintest hint of the other when extra was asked for for both. The cookies have been missing from the counter where they normally are a few times, and had to specifically be asked for, in addition to them tasting a bit off. Lastly, a couple of times when getting food from here, I notice a horrid smell coming from the bag. There is absolutely nothing on or in the bag, but something about it just smells awful. I've loved getting subs from here for a long time, but recently I've been choosing other places instead due to these issues.
Ordered medium cheese steak, there was only 5 pieces of peppers and like 2 strings of onion. NO BOSS SAUCE that I rechecked to assure I ordered. Ugh, had a "meat sub" and too far to go back ?My 6 yr old son ordered the cowboy sub, he complained of big "fat" pieces (not chicken, fat pieces).Daughter liked her meatball sub.
DiBella's Subs making very good subs on most days. When I get the right sandwich in the morning, I know a good day is coming. And here I stop whenever I can.
Brotha behind the counter took my order. Had headphones on. I could hear the music blasting. Ended up messing up my order (imagine that). Ended up dealing with Desha and she took care of the situation. She’s clearly trying to excel at her job. The others should follow her lead.
First time here today - amazing staff! I had no idea what to get and the staff member walked me through and made great suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed my Uncle Louie and chocolate chip cookie! Even the small 7” sandwich was big enough to split (although it was so good I ate the whole thing).
This is what you call a sub?? VERY disappointed…1 piece of capicola, 1 piece of ham, 1 piece swiss cheese sliced in half for $9.49. Ridiculous!!!I usually order from Ridgeway Store and they REALLY know how to make a sub!!! Costly mistake, never again!
I went there on March 3rd 2022 to get a sub they had only two people working at the busiest time one young lady up front another guy in the back the lady had to make subs then cash u out then go back and make another order. The line was too long at this time I ask for the manger and she stated she was the manger. Thats all they had working she was very helpful and apologize to all of us for the wait. We came back March 4 before going home same out come only the manger and another staff we won't be back again 8 people in line very unacceptable too have no employees working on a Friday at dinner time. The manger tried to hurry but it was too much going on with everyone complaining. Lisa Thank you for trying
The sandwiches are the best hands down. And they have a great menu selection going on too. I strongly recommend trying them out if you get a chance.
So many orders that are missing things. I'm providing two stars because the last time we called with a complaint, the manager on duty was incredibly apologetic and kind.That time, they forgot to put half the meat on my sub. This time, we were both missing half our vegetables. It's fine if they're not in stock - let us know when we pick up.We've both worked in the industry, we understand, and we're not about to throw a fit in the store about out of stock items. But I shouldn't have to unwrap our entire order in the store to double check the work that's done.
Best Subs around and easy to order online. Great options and delivery makes it a great option for easy dinner. Over time we have simply become fans of this place. Great Food done right!
