Usually subs are great but today was the day where the subs were made wrong and the sub maker tried telling my wife that they are right and she showed receipt and it changed. A lil upsetting when you just can’t admit a mess up.

This place use to be the pinnacle of deli places, but COVID took its toll on them. No longer can you order and watch your hoagie get made as you select different items from behind the glass. Now you have to select your choices off a chart/sheet. The deli case is all boarded up. It takes away from the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, the sandwiches are still good but it's no fun to go there anymore. Best bet is order online. There is no difference except the wait time.

Retail was great. Have to buy by the case. It costs 1/3 what it costs at the store. Awesome!
I so appreciated how flexible the staff was to accommodate a last minute catering order. It totally saved me when another caterer fell through. I will definitely be using DiBella's again!

DIbella's has been only extremes lately extra good, or monumentally terrible. I went into this location and although all the employees were helpful, kind, and nice, I found lettuce and blacked burnt cheese in my steak sandwich. I was refunded as requested, but I'd rather have eaten a good sandwich. My GF's said her Italian sub was great, Hence the 3 stars. I caught some food on the way home. Mac's Philly steaks for my Cheesesteaks in Rochester moving forward.
Thoroughly enjoyed the subs they had. First time going and found the ordering process to be a tad confusing, but the employees were very helpful which made the whole process stress-free. Priced fairly, I definitely recommend for an easy lunch!
I would normally recommend Dibella's, but my last visit was so disappointing.I ordered a meatball sub, like I usually do, only when I got home to eat it, I found NO sauce (a dry meatball sub).When I called, I was told that you have to ask for sauce???I've never had to ask for sauce before.Like I said, very disappointing!
