Driving through Rochester, we stopped at Desiato's for lunch. This was our first visit and our first time in a real delicatessen. The staff were friendly and efficient. Jason was very patient explaining all the options and details, allowing us to make a good decision. I appreciate his professionalism. I enjoyed the restaurant and would return again.
I don't like the service here. I don't know if who ever takes the orders over the phone is partially deaf or what but they never get my order correct. Also i ask to toast my bread and its not toasted to my liking, however they bake their cookies put my bread in there to toast my bread. My sub was so soggy tht i couldn't eat it til i got home to put it in the oven to toast it correctly. If i spending my money I want my food done right PERIOD.
Very friendly staff, with amazing food! They also have daily specials, that offer a variety of different options. It’s definitely worth a try for a quick bite on your lunch break!!
Best mom and pop sub shop in Henrietta. They are always friendly and quick with their orders. Haven't had a bad meal yet.

Big fan of this place. Got a buffalo chicken finger sub and it was so good! And sizeable. A small sub here could easily last you two meals.Wife got a chicken finger garbage plate. Their meat sauce is delicious. My new favorite place to get garbage plates, without a doubt. Dare I say it, best garbage plate in Rochester.
Amazing breakfast sandwich!! Huge portion and so yummy. The staff are so nice too, glad I decided to stop in! Will definitely be back!
