Great food and service as always
The restaurant was nice and the service was good. The steak was not that good and was overpriced.
For a regional chain restaurant, they do a superior job. Food is consistently good and the service is excellent. Iâve been frequenting this restaurant for awhile so itâs not just a âone offâ great experience for me. Itâs not inexpensive but you definitely get your moneyâs worth.
Very nice ambience and service. Hey appetizers wonderful. Our waitress was excellent and Attentive. The pork chops were half but they did credit our bill for them. The filet mignon was good but not as good as I've had several other places. The Delmonico was good but again not as good as some other places. They had some good gluten-free options for pasta which was nice. Pretty pricey meal. The staff came out and sang it for my mother-in-law's birthday and brought her a cannoli that she loved. Would go once in a while special occasions but wouldn't go there regularly.
Napkins were filthu. Watre glasses had floaters inside. Chicken Sinatra burned, tastless. Chix parm was excellent.
We always enjoy Delmonicos; however this time not so much.People in the next booth were unbelievably LOUD. One entre was not even as warm as room temperature (the other 2 were their excellent standard) Also, at first the server went back to the kitchen to check what one if us with an unusual allergy could order. She came back and told us ONE ONLY item and was very firm about it. Then (since we knew from past experience, that there were several that could be modified to fit) she told us that all the seasoning in the kitchen had the offending spice. When asked if there were no individual spices like oregano & garlic she began to back off. We made a suggestion for modifications for the dish we were interested in, she went back to the kitchen & when she came back her demeanor had drastically changed to bending over backward & the friendly interaction we are used to & told us that dish could be done that way. It just set a bad tone to start the evening.
