Very poor salesmanship for manager in the store he was rude he was cruel who picked the ice cream off the shelf after we pay for it it's been setting for a while left it sitting there so we thought we could grab our ice cream to Sunday we got scolded people was walking out the res, manager was rude when scolded us to along with the employees and thrash the money back into our hands also threaten to call the police and he threw it in our hands like we were peasants supposed to be happy moment getting ice cream his name was Mike or Dave it's happening at 8:45 p.m. Friday night at this dairy Queen we had never been there before we just got off the road coming from Buffalo and we were humiliate by the service that was given to us he said he did not care if I called corporate upon asking for a refund for our money and we gave back the ice cream other people left and discuss should be a beautiful day for ice cream and it was a tragedy day at your dairy Queen and people who's running that place but who says ice cream is petty so why argue about it you might make a big deal about it but the small things matter ice cream is a joyful moment for families you don't Target people coming in there and making them leave feeling humiliated that's that should be a lawsuit
I came for a late night treat. A little after 9 pm. The place was a mess. The tables had not been cleaned, the floor was wet and oily. I walk with a cane and my cane slipped several times. The restroom was even worse. I don't think it had been cleaned in hours.
Waited seven minutes in my line for my order to be taken and I’m on minute 15 of waiting for my two blizzards. Unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. Your purpose is to serve ice cream so what’s the issue? Oh wait, I know, a scumbag franchisee who refuses to properly staff their restaurant. This franchisee should be stripped of their rights as this has been consistent for years.
Low quality food. I order pickup at the Jefferson rd I got 3 combos the chicken tenders were not completely done stil cold in the middle fries cold I ordered cherry coke it is not regular cherry coke it’s coke with cherry syrup so it was over powering they gave me a melted blizzard (which I picked up 5 min early) they taste like McDonald’s but way more exspensive the burger was missing onion so that was disappointing and I had no sauce for my onion rings. Just disappointed overall
DQ is a comfort food and I drive a little extra to go to this location because they have some of the sweetest staff ever. They worked around having a malfunctioning speaker for their drive through very patiently, and there's a young man that said he was new, and each time I've seen him he's been very friendly and has overall great customer service. And of course, the food is always great.
Lady, taking orders who was same lady at the window was so rude to us. Pull up and the car behind us, you could hear the lady screaming at them. So very rude. She doesn’t need to be taking orders. We wished her a blessed day though.
Took my niece (2yrs old)to DQ just to find a Pill in her basket box. This is really disturbing, what happen if she would had ate it? Don’t even know if she ate one of them. Call into the store and they ask me if I order it fresh. WHAT DOES THAT HAS TO DO ANYTHING
We ordered two different Blizzards. There was a mistake made and we got two of the same flavor. We went back through the drive thru and they were quick to fix it.

So unorganized. And they touch the spoon part with their bare hands before putting it in your blizzard. Disgusting
