Another customer explained to me what the store is about and recommended the “chocolate and chips cookie”.I’m so glad I listened to her because it was DELICIOUS!I also tried Insomnia Cookies in Rochester, but I have to say that Crumbl seemed to have bigger and tastier cookies.It’s more expensive but definitely worth a try, and it’s hard to stop yourself from eating the whole gigantic cookies ?
Me and my Daughter have had the Best Experience here!! The Cookies are Amazing and Soft and Warm!!..The workers are so nice and before you leave they take the time to show you the cookies you ordered. I have never had such a wonderful experience. We also visited the store in Buffalo ny. They were Awesome as well. I won't go Any where else for cookies!!! Thank you Crumbl Cookies !!!!
I saw people lined up waiting to get in so I had to investigate when they first opened. Oh I have been a regular ever since. The aroma when you open those doors is just so good I don’t have words to explain it. You have to experience it for yourself. I have taken my friends there and they each get mad I hadn’t brought them there sooner. The staff are all very pleasant & friendly. Nobody could wait for me to take the photo - Sorry!
My experience with these cookies have been so tastefully great ! Clean bakery friendly services from the staff there. I love it two thumbs ?? ?? up .
I’ve tried several flavors of their cookies. Most of them I loved but not all. This passion fruit cookie had a more of a cake texture, frosting and passion fruit boba on top were really good. Brownie one was so good! It was not over sweet but very chocolaty.The previous cookies I’ve tried were filling and too much to finish in one go.I like the fact that they change flavors every week. And flavors are more of a personal choice I guess. Definitely there’s something for everyone.
Okay the only reason I like this place is because they have 4 different flavors each week but let me tell you the real truth.....Their chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The sugar cookie with that pink frosting is very horrible(coming from a young lady who loves sugar cookies.)That frosting is just disgustingI am not sure but the cookies are so doughy. Either it needs to cool down or its just needs a better ingredient do it doesn't feel like I'm just eating dough. It is okay cookies but no no no the hype is because they have different flavors every week which makes them different from other cookie shops. Those icings they usually put on the cookies are really nasty
We visited the Henrietta, NY location on a Saturday afternoon.I was WOWed at how many people there were, but we were even more impressed by how quickly our order was fulfilled.The staff was friendly, and the gentleman that boxed our order allowed us to view the cookies before sending us on our way.The cookies were so warm and fresh.Everything was visually equal to what is represented in advertisements, and the flavor was there 100%.We bought enough cookies to drop some off to family on the way home, and everyone just loved them.Can’t wait to go back for some new flavors!
Wow. Oh, wow. These cookies will blow your mind. They are hefty, at around 600 calories each. If you want the ultimate indulgent dessert experience, this is the place.
First time here Cookies were fresh big and delicious! Only thing I didn’t like is that there is no cashier at this location and no one tells you you have to order on the tablets. Just had to figure that out because no workers will greet you or tell you that.
