The experience was awful.\\n\\nThe evening clerk was completely indifferent.\\n\\nThe room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained. We had to get new ones, and change them ourselves.\\n\\nThere was a dirty sock on the floor from a previous occupant, the ice machine was out-of-order, there was no sanity bag for the ice bucket, and to top it all off, a used towel was hanging on the door hook in the bathroom.\\n\\nOn a good note, Phil (GM), Alessandro, and Jane from the morning crew were extremely professional and accommodating. The morning crew obviously cares a lot more about the customer experience. They are solely responsible for turning a 1-star review to a 3-star review.

Free parking and wifi. Breakfast was quite expensive (~$9-11/person) and so was the coffee, but I would recommend the egg, cheese, and bacon quesadilla if you're looking for the most bang-for-your-buck, filling option. Quiet place, very spacious rooms. Had a really great sleep. Nicer-than-expected indoor swimming pool. Gym was quite good too, with 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 biking machine, and a set of weights.

The front desk guy Bryan made me wait for 2 good hours to send me toiletries. And when I called front desk, again Bryan guy attended and responded in a cocky manner. Everything is great except the front desk people. Worst experience at this 33 corporate woods dr. Rochester NY Marriott. I don't spend $200 to receive this kind of service or get treated this way. Too disappointing.

Trading Bitcoin and Forex with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me, Mrs. Emilia William has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed in any post recommending online trading until I gave it a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $17,750 out of $4,000 was a whole lot of profit for me. you can contact her via; Email: [email protected] WhatsApp+1(705)4102582

I was disapp. that there was no microwave in the room, not a good idea at all. Also it was stuffy and hot in the room. AC temp. only stays up to 70, not lower, that doesn't work for spring or summer, temp outside was in upper 90 that weekend.

I just spent two nights in this hotel. All the negative reviews you read on this site are spot on, however, I usually take these with a grain of salt. Two nights at this over-priced "motel" was two nights too long. When I went to turn on my shower in the morning I was greeted with boiling hot water. I am not exaggerating. No matter which way I turned the handle, the temperature did not change one degree. It was beyond unsafe and incredibly dangerous. I ended up taking a "whore's bath". Look that up if you need to. I spoke with the front desk who explained the hotel was full so moving me to another room was not an option. Completely understandable. He then told me that maintenance was on-site unit 1pm and they would "try" to look into it. Try? I'm paying for a room that should come with a usable bath/shower. Try is not an acceptable answer. I have no idea if they successfully "tried" to fix the problem and the problem was still there the following day. Over priced motel is how I would describe this property. Avoid unless you're cool with paying money and not expecting services - then enjoy.

we have been staying at this location for the past 4 and a half years. Child was a student at RIT. school is close by, as is the highway and shopping! just like all of us the hotel is showing its age, but the staff definitely makes up for it.... always helpful and goes out of their way to make it a pleasant visit.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean. The balcony was an beautiful view of the flowers blooming in the courtyard. Great location.

Room was nice. The actual hotel needs updating. They had a combined bar and food area. There is a pool but not hot tub yet the signs and online advertise that?

Hot tub was closed, but my son had fun in the pool, they have a nice gym and updated equipment, most rooms had a outside balcony and beds where comfortable
