Absolutely hands down the worse country sweet chicken I've ever had came from the Greece location. I've been eating country sweet chicken since I was a teenager and never experienced bad food from any other location, not even when it was on Lake ave or Monroe. I was very disappointed today the chicken was cold, baked beans flavorless, and Mac salad warm and old tasting. For almost $20 on 1 dinner you have to do better!! Would've given zero stars, but couldn't. Go to Mt. Hope location if you want good country sweet!! Glad I have the option to get it somewhere other than the Ridge Road location!!
Ordered through Grub Hub. Received literally half my order. I ordered 2 Chicken Finger dinners, and 2 Shrimp dinners for Mothers Day. When we realized we only received the 2 Chicken Finger dinners, we attempted to contact the “manager” of the Country Sweet location we ordered from. He basically told us we were SOL, after his employee admitted to cancelling half the order because they didn’t have a biscuit. Mind you, only 1 of the Shrimp Dinners had a biscuit. Yet, we were charged for everything! I’ll NEVER order from these people again! The manager told us to contact Grub Hub for a refund. Literally half my family has dinner! Way to go guys! Is it that difficult?! He offered to “reprimand” his employee, which was all he could do! All I want is my food! Disgusting! I’ll literally let EVERYONE know now the experience we had! Never again!
called to do a pick up order(9:25) they're not doing phone orders..no problem but i asked if i came in can they do a shrimp dinner still they said yes they can. i come in (9:33) to the staff arguing with each other yelling. and finally get to the register to order they catch an attitude tell me they're fryers are off they're not taking orders. i asked why they told me over the phone that they are then and the girl rolled her eyes like oh i dont know who told you that we not doing any shrimp. definitely never coming back to this one again
Warning this not the same country sweet of the old days save your money the wing are not the enormous size they used to be they will not put enough sauce on the wings so you can eat them the way you want you have to eat them the way they want. They want to rip you off by charging you $28 for 20 wings $3.00 for blue cheese then $2.00 for a tiny side of sauce when the sauce should already be on the wings. I used to love the old county sweet. This place is a RIP OFF. Take the same money and go buy a steak or lobster.
The food was great as always.... The service.. well there's definitely room for improvement. I was in and out in 10 minutes . The lady ahead of me had been waiting 20 for basically the same order... I think there needs to be a manager there all the time keeping orders flowing. Hope to see improvements over the next few months
Place was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and the chicken sandwich was cooked fresh to order and tasted amazing. I’m a picky good guy and I’ll be going back for more. I did the hot and mild sauce mixed, makes for best of both worlds!!
Nostalgia of loving for yesteryear when wings were not in short and breading was full. Got flats and sauce goes with everything.
Make the drive to the Mt Hope one! This one is not good. It always tastes old and it’s never hot. I just don’t get how the two places can be so different. They just pour the sauce on top instead of dunking it in. The sauce never covers the wing. Someone needs to show them how the other store does it.
They have organic chicken wings.
Love country sweet on cauliflower, chicken wings, rice and whatever else.
