I love chipotle but this one is not it. The line to order inside was long and insanely slow. Also a lot of the steak I got was inedible due to it being mostly fat. Portion sizes aren’t the greatest either.
The food always good! Sometimes service sucks. I will be back soon!
NEVER ONLINE ORDER FROM HERE!I had to wait an extra 20 minutes when I had ordered for ASAP. Employees completely ignored my prescence. Also, don't bother putting on Extra anything for your order because they dismiss that and don't even care.
Food was prepped perfect, taste phenom, cashier didn't have change had to wait a few minutes for them to figure that out.
2nd time I’ve been here with a 1 hour wait for online orders—but tonight was something else entirele. Routinely understaffed for the dinner rush. With that many customers, you can afford to pay your employees more and hire more of them, for sure.On a side note, the blond cashier guy working tonight (during the lacrosse fundraiser) is pretty much Superman. Worked the register, ran between the back and front, checked on orders, and dealt with angry customers with complete professionalism and poise. The guy should be running the place.
I ordered dinner here around 7:30 they were out of their Newly advertised chicken, I was only given one small scoop of rice for my bowls. I was not satisfied.
Omg level up your Mexican tastebuds to this place you won't regret it and when you get one of their burritos make sure you double wrap it cuz you can have literally two meals out of one AMAZING!!!!

Had the chorizo. It was good. Seemed a little disorganized. More than usual. Still very good fresh flavorful food.
It is Chipotle, so you know what is coming. The order was correct, completed on time, and hot. The restaurant was clean.
