Fast food and great service. Too expensive though, $20 for a burrito and two drinks.
Ran a team sponsorship through Chipotle, very easy to set up. Portion for the price with no extras was good. Burrito Bowl is the move.
Busy- okay service. Had issues cashing out and manager had to come but the manager was very sweet. Chipotle goes straight through me so the 3 star is more about that then the service ?
Horrible!! Ordered a veggie bowl thru door dash tonight and they put steak in it! I drove to the restaurant to get a new veggie bowl without steak and the employee didn’t apologize about the mistake or seem to care at all.
This is the 3rd time ordering and not receiving the correct items. There needs to be a better system for pick up orders since some people just grab any order.
Went there around 9:15pm 3/5. The one girl asked me what side and I said rice. She past it to the other girl, who already seemed to be irritated and the only one not wearing a mask, and when I told her what wanted on my tacos she started putting the same things on my rice. When I asked why and said I only asked for a side of rice she said in a snotty tone with an attitude, “ why didn’t you just tell me you didn’t wAnt a bowl!” I said that I told the other girl just a side of rice and never mentioned bowl. She got frustrated and pushed the bowl aside. I lost my temper and left. Will never go back again. Teach your employees proper manners.
The food is always delicious, but every time I have visited this location in the last 4 years the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller for the same price. The burrito used to barely be contained by the one giant tortilla; today, the fillings took up not even half. The service is always excellent, which is greatly appreciated.
It's fine, it's busy, sometimes it's messy and scattered and the chicken/steak tastes off. Overall standard chipotle service and food. I wish people care enough to not let the parking lot get littered with bags, cups, receipts.
They're getting more stingy with portions and the food isn't really hot so it was cold by the time I sat down to eat. Overall nice staff though.
Have to order adult quesadilla online??? But can make a kids quesadilla when ordering in store. How does this male sense? Craziest thing I think I ever heard. Manager said it is because corporate makes the rules. And he said it with a straight face like it makes sense. Nuts!
