The food is usually always tasty. My concerns are the recent hires are not very keen on customer service. Portions being provided need to be equal to the person in front and behind me. When I asked for a little more of the protein I was told it would be “double” which I clearly wasn’t asking for. Then she preceded to lather the next patron with a full dish of steak. I’m confused as the portions shouldn’t be subjective. Maybe the company should have measuring cups instead of a spoon. As far as customer service they cost your company a burrito bowl and a burrito, and a pretty loyal customer. I decided to leave the half filled items with them. Spent zero dollars.
Always great food and service at Chipotle! Only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to the cleanliness inside. Lots of the tables, the floor and the area where you get beverages/napkins were dirty. I understand these tasks aren't priority when helping customers. But when I was there, everyone was sitting around. It could have been dealt with.
Was super busy but the employees got through the line quickly and efficiently. My bowl was great and my dates burrito was filled nice and hefty! Staff was friendly and helpful, was able to find parking even though it was busy . Like the tables set up outside

Absolute garbage every time I go! I always hope it’s better as it’s so close to my house but I’d rather go to Victor and spend money on the gas! Today was no different, ran out of nearly everything before they decided to prep more, there is a line out the door nightly so you think they would learn! But nope! Asked for chips, saw them lined up on the shelf and was told that they were only for online orders!!’ What!?! Only online orders!? You have a line out the door and you are worried about running out for online orders! Don’t go, staff are rude, and they give you small portions because they don’t want to run out!
Always a line out the door but acts like they don’t understand why! ALWAYS out of something and they told me I couldn’t get chips today because they were only for online purchases! Line out the door and they only care about online purchase? Bull! Always disappointed and question why I try again and again to get the same results! Insane!
Alone at work ine night and decided to order online pickup to make everything go faster. They sent me the pickup time and I was there 2 minutes early. There were 5 people there waiting and complaining that it was quicker to cancel and go through the line. The pick up orders were being neglected. My order came out after another 25 minutes. Food was good, but the experience soured me on Chipotle
I have always loved Chipotle and feel it's worth waiting a bit to get my food. My online order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. I got to the store, which was mobbed, to sit until 9pm waiting for my order. The empoyees were doing the best they could, but it was chaos! They ran out of fajita veggies, so there was that. Then one of the sauces I ordered didn't get properly sealed and leaked all over my seat cover. Not sure I'll use this location on a weekend ever again!
Hard to keep coming back when every order for the past year has not been correct. I think the chat feature and I have become best friends because of the amount times I’ve had to contact customer service cause my meal is always wrong. Don’t even attempt to get more than one order at a time. It’s chaos.
I don’t understand what I’m the hell is wrong with the Greece location. The line to order food has 4 customers in line and 4 employees. Meanwhile over 20 customers waiting for mobile orders, which are more than 10 minutes late. 2 employees working on those. Portions are pathetic. This isn’t a one time occurrence and rarely do I see this incompetence at the other chipotle’s.
