OMG. Chicken nachos are the best. I love this restaurant. It's been the first one in since Covid started. I will be going again. The customer service is excellent. I always give more of a tip than what is required.
Ok but do you see this?? This was amazing. Every item. Honey chipotle ribs slid right off the bone, brisket quesadillas were awesome, garlic toast was so good, the corn on the cob flavored so well, and fries were pretty good. Also got a mini molten lava cake that was great. I mean I went so far as to write a review so you should order this. Love how affordable chilis is this was like $20. Our waitress was a little scatterbrained which is why it wasn’t 5 stars lol but she was nice
Had a great time with 9 other family members. Food was delicious. One of the few restaurants (in my opinion) whose food quality remained the same before and after the pandemic.
I give it a 3 bc it is hit or miss here. The service can be great at times and food horrible or we've had great food but horrible service. One time we literally walked out bc we sat for 10 min at our table without a server even acknowledging us with a simple I'll be right with you. I called and spoke to a manager who just said sorry we are busy
I had to get my own take out box and ask the host for the bill because our waitress disappeared after a different waitress brought our food to us.
3.5 I'd say. Service was alright IMO. Little late on delivering the drinks and taking the order. This place needs to be freshened up a bit. Kinda got that 90's vibe. The Meal (ancho Salmon) was delicious. Thanks for reading! Free pizza for you! ?
Always a great meal, hot, fresh, and the price is great. Restaurant was clean and our service was fast, and on point. The server was very very good. Will be coming back very soon.
Terrible food! Ordered $25 family meal. Chicken crispers wer cold AND totally soggy....as if they had been sitting for hours. Ordered avocado ranch dip, restaurant gave me a honey mustard dip instead which I couldn't eat due to allergies. This was the first (and last!) time I will ever order from this chain!!!
This meal was simply just fine. For the amount of calories I consumed it was sub par and a total waste. Everything tasted the exact same. When I arrived home I had the worst tummy ache. The honey Chipotle sauce they have here though 10/10. If I am to go to chain I think I will stick to its equivalent applebees.
Ordered curbside pickup and waited 25 minutes before calling and having my cold food brought out to me. Once heated back up the food was good.
