I went in for a pick up order of 2 plates(one had extra hot sauce)and a cheese quesadilla. I was never told my total on the phone…fine. The girl tells me it’s $48.80!!!! Seriously?!? For 2 plates and a quesadilla?!?Their plates are 12.95 and $1 for extra hot sauce. Quesadilla $9 I believe. Where did this total come from?!? So I left without my food or paying. I’m now at Churchville Grill. Plates are 11.50 here. Plus we got the quesadilla and a grilled chicken Greek salad all for $46.50!!!! There was no explanation at Chili Hots as to why my bill was way over. Done going there!
OWNER WAS CLIPPING HIS FINGERNAILS IN THE KITCHEN IN-BETWEEN STIRING FOOD IN A POT!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!Edit: reply from owner is FALSE. 2 people witnessed him clipping nails and heard nails being clipped. WE WATCHED IT HAPPEN.

Fried pickles, and fried mushrooms were AWESOME!! The portions were generous too!I will be back for the pickles and mushrooms!!The Italian sausage sandwich was skimpy and way overcookedI'm withholding judgement on their sandwiches for now. I will try a different sandwich next time.Layout of the place was spacious. Staff was friendly and efficient.
The quality of this establishment has decreased immensely. It's very inconsistent. Instead of making new fries, they are double dipped. Tots were inedible due to being double cooked. There is no concern for quality .

Me and my husband was in the area and just hungry . The food was fresh and made on time . Meat sauce is so good . Now I have to drive 20 mins just to come back . Its worth it
Tonight my order was not correct, and the two staff girls would not fix it even though I said I would pay for the extra item. I asked about the prices, because I thought I had been overcharged. They pointed to the shiny new sign on the wall and said These are the current prices. I told them their online menus are not the same. They know, and they don't seem to care. I've seen their menu on several websites, and am amazed that they don't have enough business savvy to hire someone who can fix them up. It's a take out, where most customers order ahead, so it is dishonest to charge more then the customer is expecting to pay. I was annoyed that my order was not fixed, because I hadn't had much to eat all day and was looking forward to a good supper. What a crummy experience. They should treat their local loyal customers better. I may not use them anymore.
