Had breakfast here for the first time and it was delicious. The #1 rated breakfast item is the simplest, chicken on a biscuit and it was amazing. I got the meal with coffee and the hash browns, dipped them in the house sauce and they were good as well. Topped with the fruit salad which was fresh and yummy. The coffee was meh but that’s not why we are here. No one can touch Chik-fil-A, highest quality ingredients, the sauce flavors, efficient service and the best damn chicken sandwich in the world. This location in Irondequoit checks all the boxes.
My sandwich was warm, moist and tender on the inside; crisp, not oily, and spicy on the outside. The deluxe sandwich had fresh crisp lettuce and tomato and the side salad was of equally pleasing quality. The behind-the-counter crew seemed to be operating very efficiently. There were no errors in my order and the dining room was clean and regularly disinfected; similarly with the bathrooms. A huge bonus was finding garbage can swinging doors that operated on an electric eye. Somebody should have thought of that sanitation step a long time ago.
The employees at this location are wonderful!! Extremely respectful they take your order and repeat back to make sure they got it right, Great food !! it’s really hard to stay away from here haha I really do enjoy the waffle fries they are a must try!! I will definitely be returning! thank you to the manager you have a very hard working team !
Excellent and friendly service! The food came out very well prepared! It is refreshing in today's busy world to be served by such genuinely friendly staff! The staff brough food and even ran out when I forgot one of my children's jackets to bring it to me! These are values often lacking in modern day business! I am glad to see one franchise keeping such values alive!
Took my daughters for the first time to this location because they love their food. We went inside to order. The cashier was very nice, the food was delivered quickly. However, once we got home, my daughter realized that her order was wrong. I was overcharged for food we hadn’t received. Due to my schedule, I was unable to go back to the store, so I called. There isn’t an option to speak to a live employee, or manager. The closest option is to speak with the store owner and that goes straight to voicemail. Mistakes happen, that’s not my issue. But their system is set up to where you can’t properly voice your concerns. Disappointing outcome for our very first trip there.
Delicious food. Just like the other two Rochester area locations, they mess up orders all the time. Most often, they give me everything but one item I paid for. It's a pain since I end up going inside instead of wasting another 20 minutes in the drive through. It's really a shame since the food is so good.
Took over 30 minutes to place my order and receive food. The line was not long at all. When I finally got it thankfully I checked it because the fries were COLD and SOGGY. I told the staff i waited 30+ minutes to receive cold food! They replaced the fries. This location needs to figure out their system. It is obviously broken. It starts with whomever is managing this spot.
I love Chick-fil-A!! I appreciate the great food, the fantastic attitudes of the employees, and even the fresh flowers on the tables. My only complaint is that for the past few days only, when I order my salads in the drive-thru, the crunchy topping packets have been left out of my bag. It seems to be a trend lately. I don't know if they ran out of them, or if someone wasn't trained properly, but the toppings add so much to the salad, that I feel sad when they're missing.
The app was not working so I had to go though the drive thru line. They came up to me prior to getting to the menu. I had to use my phone to look up the menu because the kid wanted to be able to take the next person's order. There was no sauce in the bag and we were never asked if we wanted any. Fries were only luke warm but the chicken sandwich was delicious.
Friendliest staff out of ANY restaurant I've ever been. It definitely makes someone's day better when the one's around you are friendly & positive. Usually restaurant workers are miserable (I know, I've been one) but at chick-fil-A they're doing something right because you don't see one bit of negativity.
