From the first moment you walk in to this gem, you are in awe. There is coffee everywhere, and the owner, Peter showed us the machine which he uses to make coffee. Such a fun experience. I don't usually drink coffee, but loved learning about it and the history of the coffee shop. My mom said this was one of the best coffee shops she has ever been in. Thank you Peter. If we come back to Rochester, we will definitely visit you again.
Nice little, locally roasted coffee house. Tucked in a small shopping center on East ave, right across from Wegmans. I liked that this place wasnt too assuming letting the coffee speak for itsel, unlike other places that highlight that they can make a leaf of the top of your latte. Heard about this place from a friend and was in the city looking for a quiet place for afternoon coffee. I got my usual, straight black coffee and their Rochester blend had full bodied and flavor. Wife got a irish creme latte that she really enjoyed. BONUS, although they dont make their own pastries, we did notice that they did get some of them at least from Savoias! Wife and I split a couple shortbreads and a biscotti. Impressive selection of whole bean coffee on site. Would recommend for a great cup of coffee if you are in the area.

Skip the line at Dunkin down the street. This place has tons of options. You walk in and it smells amazzzzing. You can also purchase bags of ground coffee and the options are endless. The staff is very friendly and the atmosophere is easy-going and pleasant. They have lots of little table to sit and do work while you enjoy your coffee.
