Ordered Boneless and traditional wings with FRIES. Order had no fries boneless wings were hard as a rock with seasoning just dumped on them!(Ordered buffalo hot sauce)? Traditional wings were chewy and spice just dumped on them in the box! (Ordered well done buffalo hot)?

Best place to get boneless spicy wings in the area... Often is packed with costumers and can be a long wait but it always feels worth it.Once they got my order wrong but gave me the wrong order free, and made it their priority to get me my order ASAP. The wrong order was garlic wings and tasted really good.? ?Buffalo wild wings always has costumer satisfaction in mind and is greatly appreciated by me. 10/10
The food was hot and fresh, restaurant was very clean. Lunch specials were great and the service was great also. Had lots of food choices other then wings. Worth the money for two people, also the wings were so good.
I took my family here. All our meals were horrible. Wings were way over seasoned, we each tried one wing from 3 plates and informed staff that they were over seasoned and we didn't like our meals. Staff ignored us and handed us the $90 check for food that no one would have ate. Don't go here.
My sister and I went there today.The place was pretty much empty. BUT...We were seated at a booth that had french fries all over the floor and underneath and the walkway as well. We have every intention of ordering drinks and food.But quickly decided to just have a quick drink and leave
The worst experience ever waitress was rude and disrespectful the manager was no better !!!!!!!!!! And I had my 4 year old daughter with me as well NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!
Have come here many times and have gotten good service each time. The food is good and have had good luck with the kitchen service though im a little biased and lenient because I have worked in a restaurant kitchen and know the struggles. Will be coming back!
We arrived on Tuesday (2/8) approximately 4 or 5 couples in the place eating. Waitress seats us to the right side by ourselves, no problem. As we are being seated at the booth, I observed the manager and another female scanning our section. While sitting and the waiter bringing us our drinks taking our orders, a group approximately 8 people arrive to our side, as time goes on more arrive, right before our food came out there was a party of approx. 25 people literally surrounding us. Meaning the 2 booths on both sides 3 tables in the middle. Talked to the manager after who said I did not know there was going to be that many, when ealier he was over there looking at the area and moving tables around. He never apologize, seemed like he did not care. He could have asked us to move, which we would have been glad to. I can't blame the group being loud and walking around in front of our table, but I can blame the manger.
I really hate leaving bad reviews, especially since my indoor visits have been great in previous years. But the online ordering from this location is abysmal. I have had 4 canceled or extremely late deliveries over the past two years. The last one, I scheduled a time 3 hours in advanced and they canceled my order 15 minutes after it was suppose to be delivered. I called the restaurant and they told me "The system was down". But it still charged me and I'm currently disputing it.If you want wings delivered, look somewhere else.
