Bruegger's has an expansive choice of bagels. And they put ample cream cheese on them. Other places act like the cream cheese is coming out of their paycheck. I just wish they had longer hours. They close kind of early.
Today went through drive thru order a small unsweetened tea and 2 bagels with cream cheese. We were charged 10.66....which is not the correct amount anyways,but when qe got to window give her my card and was given the 2 bagels with cream cheese. She closed the drive thru window never gave receipt. After 5 mins opened window and tried handing us the next order. We said we have been waiting for our unsweetened tea. She tried telling us we weren't charged for it . I said I was charged 10.66 for 2 bagels with cream cheese and given no receipt. On site and in store clearly bagel and cream cheese is 2.59. Definitely felt scammed after this experience and couldn't help ,but think was over charged and not given a receipt to get away with it. Left a bad taste in my mouth after this experience sadly.
I love their perfect sized bagels.I do miss their sun-dried tomato bagel.
There’s a reason this works as a great staple for my life…. They seem to have it together for their NY bagels. I frequent here just for that reason. My wife is also a huge fan! The only thing I’d say is they close pretty early so don’t mess around thinking you can get a late start to your day and be in and out. But if there’s one thing I have to say …. It’s worth it.
Tough bagels and dry, old eggs. Why did it smell like a hampsters cage inside?
The twice baked hash browns were ice cold in the middle. The first bite of my sandwich had foil. I tried to ignore it because maybe it was an accident by cutting it; but then I noticed a bell pepper sticker. Not only are they probably not washing it, they certainly aren't inspecting the food they serve. The only reason I give 2 stars is because one of two of the employees were hustling like she was the only person in Cincinnati who valued her job.
I paid $17 for 2 bagels and a drink which was fine but the issue is that i was given three sandwhiches not a single one was mine. Im in a 10 hour rehearsal and cant get up and leave to get this fixed. This was my breakfast and lunch and possibly dinner.
After waiting in the drive through line for 20 mins they tell me the credit card machine does not work in the drive through. I was then instructed in a very condescending way that I needed to come inside in the pouring rain to order. After waiting in line for 5 mins inside I decided to leave. Very unprofessional the way they spoke with me.
Bagle had what I ordred but it was a mess. I will not be going back.
Went in with my coupon for $3 off in the morning. The coupon did say that it ended that day but it would not accept it in the computer. You would think that the coupon would end at the end of the day not the beginning. The manager did come over and gave me $3 off to compensate me. Just an fyi. Use your coupon before end date.
