The gentleman at the counter saw I was short the cost of one of the bagels I ordered, and gave them both to me anyway❤...... and they were AMAZING

Their new payment system FORCES you to tip if you pay with a card. You can't force someone to tip. Especially not when its fast food. Making it a requirement makes me less likely to give you anything. You are hurting your employees and your customers by doing this. Just pay them more than McDonald's and maybe they won't keep leaving enmasse. You can afford it.

The folks at the latta rd and long pond location absolutely rock!! Everyday they have a line out the door and they meet it with smiles and fast paced mobility and crazy happy food. Best bagel schmere in town by far.
Nobody in this city comes close to making a bagel like bruegger's, the taste and texture of these bagels are just perfect.

I absolutely LOVE this Bruegger's! The staff is so friendly and fun every time I go in. Even when the line is wrapping around the restaurant, they keep cool heads, work quickly and accurately, and make sure everyone is taken care of. My orders have always been accurate, and I appreciate them asking questions if they have to double check something about the order. Great staff, great service, great food!
