My breakfast sandwich was cold, I had to chew the sugar in my vanilla iced coffee bc they don't offer any flavored creamer. The line took forever and the staff had attitude. The place looks like it's falling apart. It's hard for me to be dissatisfied but I will never ever go back to this location or possibly breuggers bagels again. I would have left zero stats if possible. Yeah, this coffee is not good.... At all...

Insane wait times caused by awful ownership. Employees did their best and I appreciated their hard work and efforts but a 20+ minute wait in a drive thru line with only 2-3 cars ahead of you is unacceptable.
Every time I order on door dash they replace things in my order with something else without asking. Last time I ordered I got a plain bagel with turkey sausage, egg and cheese, but instead of turkey sausage they gave me turkey. I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and they gave me blueberry. I ordered again today and the same happened with my bagel with egg, cheese and turkey sausage… I got normal turkey again.
Went inside because the drive thru line was long. Great, consistentand tasty breakfast sandwiches and a nice selection of fresh brewed coffees.
The lady with purple in her hair was really nasty. Acting like i was an inconvenience. Plus no coffee only after i ordered itand paid
The bagels here are some of the best and I highly recommend trying this place out when you want to start your morning off right.
