Losing Its Luster. The store was not open at the time stated via the corporate website, nor did they have the menu items listed. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, the manager actually recommended I try Panera. (I'm sure corporate likes that). This is poor management and lousy customer service. I won't be back, and have told co-workers at our nearby office to avoid the headache of going to a Bruegger's. Big Thank you to Panera for having what I wanted despite the extra distance I had to drive.
Bruegger's...so reliable. I'm only giving four stars because, for my last two orders, I asked for a toasted bagel for my sandwich and they didn't toast it. Small thing compared to their quality products, though.
The bagels here are amazing and the service is some of the best. They were very polite and they have an excellent menu selection too.
Hardly anyone makes traditional boiled then baked bagels these days. Brueggers makes them correctly, and they are hot in the morning. The Brueggers downtown near the science museum does it right, and on top has a terrific staff. By that I mean friendly and they will make an effort to tell me what's hot when I get there. Having been weaned on real New York City bagels in the 1960s, this chain is a lifeline for little old me. I bring the grandkids there. Long live Brueggers and traditional bagels.
The bagels here is amazing and the service is some of the best. They have an awesome menu selection and the prices are affordable too.
Why would the toaster be on the lowest setting? It has got to be on 1. I love Bruggers but don’t frequent them. When I have recently, this location seems scared to get the bagel hot and get a golden or brown toast on the da*n thing. This time my butter wasn’t even melted. People ask for their bagel to be toasted for a reason. This was the first time I’ve ever had a disgusting bagel from bruggers! Usually the barely there toast is tolerable but I’m convinced this was an old bagel too! Just didn’t have that fresh baked taste. Dissatisfied.
Everything bagel was tasty .. so was the garlic bagel.. they were fresh and good.. will definitely go back to grab more
A delightful menu, great for breakfast or snack! The western is extremely yummy! Nice fresh food & coffee.
Editing my original review because they got rid of my favorite. The asiago cheese bagels used to come with the center hole full of cheese. This is no longer the case. I’m not sure why that is. I was told it’s because the bagel has a hole in it, a concept I was very aware of already, though I’m sure that person didn’t mean to sound condescending. It’s interesting that 3 to 5 times a week for the last six months every single asiago cheese bagel I got from this location had the center full of cheese. Maybe the hole in the bagel got bigger? Not sure, on the bagel I had it looked like it had been dug out because there was suddenly no cheese near the center of the hole. In any event, if anyone knows any bagel places (besides Tim Hortons) that still offer traditional asiago bagels please let me know!
The bagels are some of the best and I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance. It's a great place for the whole family too.
