Walked from my hotel to Boston market. Was looking forward as I love the market. Was told mashed potatoes were only for online orders when I said that that does not seem right and some what discriminatory the manager. I did not raise my voice and was polite at all times. The manager disapproved of my questioning him and asked that I leave the store. People who know me know that I am the most easiest guy ever and always respected. This manager was not. Never been treated with this much hate.
Hot food, good-sized portions, and nice presentation. All around solid quality during my visit.Huge shoutout to Erin and the rest of the crew there. Was greeted with smiles and warm, friendly greetings. Excellent customer service!
Just horrible, very sad to see how much this place has gone downhill, its guaranteed to be closed within the year(whenever their lease expires). They don't have half the items on their menu, no turkey, no fried chicken, soda fountain coke zero was out, staff wouldn't change it. They no longer even putt the side dishes out for viewing in the warmer, completely empty. Upcharge now for sides they have had for 20+ years, chicken was still pink, cornbread was dry as a bone and the mac and cheese tasted like it was sitting for days. Girl who took my order was very nice and friendly, I felt terrible for her as she has no idea how bad this place has become.
Got the Nashville hot half a chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy. I was given burnt inedible chicken which I didn't notice until I got home. If it's burned meat, just don't serve it please. Wasn't worth the $14.The mashed potatoes and gravy was delicious.
let see where do i begin ordered 1/4 chicken wanted to try new sauce sorry we’re out ordered different sauce didn’t come with it . ordered 1/2 chicken same deal . ordered two fountain drinks told the guy 4 times we were dining in he put it in a bag to go. no silverware. fountain completely wiped out no ice tea no lemonade every soda was empty except root beer . boy this chain has gone downhill quick won’t be surprised if it folds shortly it’s too bad because they used to be good
The sides were cold and the potatoes not cooked through. Chicken was good. Didn’t get the cornbread that was supposed to go with dinner. Choices were very limited. Don’t go to this restaurant.
Food was excellent and the staff had amazing attitudes and were very patient with us. It was a very homey experience and I will definitely be back.
This place needs a good cleaning and much more care with preparing the food. Bad all the way around except the girl that took order was very pleasant
The place has gone down since I was there last. It's been several years but I wasn't expecting to walk up to the service window and be told at that time they only had 1 half of a chicken if I want get a meal right then. They had some in the oven but we had to wait 30 minutes for those to be ready. The food in the trays was not the best, it looked as though it had been there for a long time. We were disappointed about the situation because we've always love going to Boston market. I hope this gets better so we can return. The young lady at the counter was very bright spt
Just encountered a very rude employee at the Henrietta, NY location while going through the drive through! I understand that restaurants are short staffed and service is going to suffer so I don't take it out on the employees but the employees shouldn't take their frustrations out on the customers by being rude and snippy especially a Manager!
