Kayla catered an event of 45 people for Cornell University and did a splendid job. She was very professional, offered lots of food options for people with dietary restrictions, and had a delicious menu. The twice fried chicken and her cheesecake were a HUGE hit, I will be dreaming of them for a while.Highly recommend Biscotti Brewers!
We took a cooking class and learned to make paella. We had an amazing time. We made a vegetarian version and a chicken with chorizo version. We also had cheesecake. Kayla is an amazing chef and teacher. I would recommend taking a class with her!
This year the New York State Food Processors organization decided to try something different for our Christmas party. We utilized the Commissary to hold our event and hire Biscotti Brewers to cater our luncheon.In all the years that we have been holding this event, we have never had a better experience. Kayla was great with planning and communication. She was flexible and helpful. The space was well put together and the event was a hit. The best part of the day was the amazing food. Hands down one of the best meals we have ever had. Delicious, while maintaining a fresh and healthy approach. The GF cheesecake was to die for. Thank you to Kayla and Biscotti Brewers for making the ANYSFP Christmas lunch a huge success. I would strongly recommend anyone to work with Biscotti Brewers!

We ordered pies (apple and pumpkin) plus biscotti for Thanksgiving. I wish I took a picture of the pies before we devoured them because they were beautiful! More importantly, everything was so tasty. The apple struesel was the BEST pie any one of us have ever tasted. My non GF family even preferred it to the "standard" pies. Definitely our go-to place for years to come.The biscotti have deliciously balanced flavors and amazing texture. My favorites are the chocolate walnut and the orange fennel. You'd never know you're eating Gluten Free or Vegan goodies, they're THAT good.It gets better GF and allergen concerned friends, the owner is so friendly, open and knowledgeable about allergens and avoiding cross contamination that I am 100% confident that I can eat her products. None of the stress and dreaded risk of getting "glutened" that I usually have to consider when eating out. Being able to trust that the products you're eating won't make you sick, really does make them taste even better.
We purchased 3 gluten/dairy free pies for Thanksgiving. Wow amazing! This is our new go to pie place for the holidays. They were very dense and delicious!
This summer I had tamales at the Lucky Flea and I've been craving them ever since. So when I saw them on the menu for this weekend I had my husband bring some home for dinner. He brought tamales and pozole and conchas and pan de muertos. It is all fantastic. The pozole rojo might be my favorite though. I could have that every day. This is clearly food made with care and love. I can't wait to try everything you make!
Outstanding in every way! I love Biscotti Brewers because their baked goods are not only beautiful and gluten-free but they are amazingly delicious. Drop your perception of gluten-free because you would never know if no one told you so! Your gluten-free family and friends will be grateful they can join in eating the joyous desserts for your next gathering!
You have to try Biscotti Brewers if you're in the Rochester area or travelling through, like me. Every product has so much attention to detail and care- you can't go wrong! Try a few different items while you're at it to get a sense for how good they really are at both sweet and savory.
GF or not these are some of the best baked goods I have ever had!
