Bathrooms never slightly cleaned. For days it appears. Locker rooms aren't open unlike many other rinks and guessing they are to cheap to clean them as well. Rolls always seem old compared to the restaurants and the staff is miserable on their finest day. Was great originally not sure what happened.
I live 10 minutes from this complex and my son has played hockey there for the last 6 years. First. the Restaurant/bar are OK. nice touch at a complex. No w about the Ice. The building itself is getting very run down and needs some serious TLC. The locker rooms are a decent size but usually smell awful. The area to watch games is different for each rink, some have very little area some have a lot, but all have a "warm" area to sit in that overlooks the ice. Now for the bad news. If you are not playing on Rink #1, watch out! They ice itself is horrible. although they frequently "flood" the ice, they never seem to do a "cut" this is evident by the fact that the dashers are nearly covered with ice by December. Rink 2 boards are horrible to play on as they are not consistent at all, if you rim the puck around the one corner it will "pop out" in front of the net almost every time. Rink 3 in new and seems to be fine for now. Rink 4 is by far the worst Ice in Rochester. always full of ruts, poor ice maintenance rules here.. As for the cold, i grew up in northern NY so its a hockey rink and is cold. Get used to it.

At the spring fling here and it is so incredibly busy. Having worked at a Bill Gray's as a kid and frequenting them since, I have never seen one this busy ever. The staff is amazing and I am very impressed at how they handle this volume. Props to the staff here!!! Great job!!!
Wish I could give a negative 100! Overlooking all the horrible reviews on performance I purchased tickets for my family including 3 children for my birthday. We knew that the performance could be a total BOMB according to all the reviews. We decided that we would rather go and be disappointed in the performance then regret not going at all. This morning I get an email from Garden Bros stating they are "postponing" our event until June! They don't know when but June, and we can use our tickets then...... I DIDNT BUY A TICKET FOR JUNE! I email them I want a full refund. I call their only number listed - you only get a VM... yea I'm sure they care if they answer their VM. Now I get a 2nd email stating that though THEY postponed their show until June without my consent, they also WONT do any refunds for tickets they falsely sold UNTIL June when they announce new date. So basically they screwed all of us over and taking our money for a show they haven't provided and going to use it for cashflow to pay their performers and bills. I don't want anything to do with this shady company now. Filed a BBB complaint against them 3/13/19, they still have not responded to any of my emails, phone calls or the BBB contacting them. Received another email on 3-22-19 from Garden Bros again stating they are still deciding on what day to reschedule the show they sold me tickets for.... and then cancelled show. They took my money, they didn't provide the service, and now they are using all our ticket money to run their fraudulent circus every where else I guess.... and they dont care.
Great place to host an event!
Standard bio grays menu items for purchase. Service was fast and friendly. Was not too busy when I visited this establishment. There is plenty of seating plus a full service bar. You have views of at least two rinks. Great place to have a bite to eat and enjoy the sports atmosphere. Would definitely come back again. $6.99 great plates on Tuesday!
