huge fan of their garbage plate!

They stopped taking coupons or old coupons. Tried to get them on line, pain in the a__. Then I was told they no longer have them for hot dogs !2 hots, 1mushroom and one drink 22.00 WOW ! THE manager was nice and took off the coupon discount at least. Thank you ! Will seriously have to think about going there to eat fast food for that price !!

Nice place. Clean with nice location. The plate I had was tasty. Burger/red hit plate with home fries and Mac salad, grilled peppers and onions. Beats your typical fast food.

The only reason I gave this a star was because no stars were not an option. The burgers were really dried out and the meat tasted old. The manager suggested we download the app to earn points. We did download it and came back with our receipt after we had eaten. He refused to give us any points. He was exceptionally rude. We will NOT be going back to this location. Very dissatisfied!

Best Lunch Ever! I would like to thank Karen our server for GREAT service. My friend Wayne and I stopped for lunch. Wayne frequents the restaurant and highly recommended we go there. What a GREAT RESTAURANT! Perfect service and the food was truly awesome. I hope by sending this message Karen and the Chef are recognized! They both deserve it!

I miss the black bean burger. The veggie burger was ok. The Abbotts chocolate chip wheel was perfect with a soft cookie and frozen custard.

I love Bill Gray's, always have. Best burgers in the area and way better than Tom Wahl's. Food is always amazing...when we get what we order. We have ordered food to go four times within the past month - twice my parents brought my wife and I dinner and the other two times we ordered. All four times we've gotten home, something from our order was wrong. Now, I will admit that tonight was partly my fault for not checking after the last three orders were wrong. However, at the same time, a customer should not have to pull everything out of the bag and unwrap every single item just to check the accuracy of their order. What's frustrating is that the incorrect item isn't even closed to what was ordered. For example, tonight we ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with ketchup. What we got was one bacon cheeseburger, and the other was a ground steak (no cheese), with onions, mustard and relish. The other 3 times we've ordered fish fries and all the sides were wrong. One night we ordered two fish fries both with mac salad and fries and we got 4 cole slaws. Once they were supposed to tell us they were out of sweet potato fries when we picked up our food, but never did and they just put regular fries in the order which we did not want. Tonight the restaurant wasn't busy either and many employees were just standing around talking and waiting for customers so I'm not sure how the order could have gotten messed up. I don't understand why this is happeneing so often but its getting very frustrated. It's the only Bill Gray's near my house, and I wish they would get their act together and get our order correct for once. Please, Penfield Bill Gray's, improve your customer experience with orders to go. I've worked in the restaurant industry. It's not that hard to double check orders. A few additional seconds to double check orders can make all the difference, whether the customers realize it or not.

Food is always good but staff seemed particularly untrained and unprofessional. Four girls argued in front of us about who was going to take our order and we were the only ones at the counter.

Love Bill Grays. Most times order is correct. Some upper management needs better customer service when problems brought to their attention. Food is good. Dailey specials makes it more affordable. Love it
