Came in with a group of about 30 people on a Sunday. The bartender was rolling her eyes and complaining to other customers that they didn’t know we were coming yet we called a month in advance to let them know. We were told that they were short staffed and didn’t have a waitress to take our orders. Soda machine was out of CO2 so all the drinks tasted awful. It’s understandable that covid has effect businesses but if you can’t staff your restaurant then don’t open, it’s better than giving paying customers garbage service. Get it together Bill Grays!!
Cheeseburger was disgusting tasteless,didn't taste like ground beef????.Charge all that money for dry horrible fake meat. found an almond in my kids ice cream, thank god she’s not allergic to almonds but she didn’t order them. she is allergic to peanuts and it got us worried. she still wanted to eat it because this ice cream is way too overpriced for what you’re getting.
Well not even remotely polite customer service is present. Four employees staring like a deer in head lights. Not knowing what to do. Enthusiasm was in the negative. It felt as if we were not welcome. Saying thank you was met by silence, will not be eating from the establishment ever again.
Food was OK for burgers but the service was bad. I guess the server wanted to stay on break . Took her 15 minutes to come to the table . Took drink order then disappeared for another 10 minutes to take our order . Someone else brought out food . Came to the table 1 time . Then waited close to 20 minutes to get the check. Then never came back. Had to walk up front to find someone to pay.. ?
My burger in my garbage plate was pink in the middle. The burgers are so thin I'm not sure how they didn't cook it through...UPDATE:They contacted me and apologized, I went to the bill gray's in Webster and the plate was delicious.
A Rochester institution. Burgers are hot and juicy. The fish fry is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The piece of fish was huge. Hung over both sides of the plate! Lots of locations. This one has nice tap room for all the adult beverages.
Place is amazing. All the staff are very kind. Super busy but I always get my food and never have a problem. This place is not a restaurant! You do not sit down and wait for someone to take your order! I read a lot of reviews of people getting upset because they were seated and nobody took there order- you go to the counter and order yourself.
Always a great experience coming here with my kids. This is one of the best locations.
Mondays they normally close at 8pm. But they stayed open so the folks that don't have cable TV could enjoy the Bill's game. Great atmosphere and camaraderie.
