Ordered onion rings to go. They were sopping in grease. So much grease it soaked the bag thoroughly (see pic) which then got on my console. I had to dry off a few rings with paper towel which also soaked the paper towel. They also had a fishy aftertaste. I threw the rest of the bag out. You are going to make people sick! Also how often do you change your oil?
One of the few places I will eat inside at this point in the pandemic, as long as it's not busy. Big dining room, good air circulation, and I can sit near a door for fresher air.The food is really good, although I haven't branched out much past the burgers, because they are basically why I go there. Fiance gets a garbage plate and I get one of the specialty burgers. I do wish they used slightly bigger plates for them as they get messy but it works okay usually. Prices are also still pretty good considering how everything else has gone up. Hope they stay the same for a while.
Easter Sunday 22', service is great, food was made hot and fresh. Had cheeseburger, grilled chicken breast sandwich, onion rings, fries and chicken tenders.
It's is claimed to be the best hamburger in Rochester area. I would not say that but I will say they are god damn scrumish!! Kind staff and clean establishment
I only just learned about Bill Gray's and am upset that i didn't know about it sooner!It's got a very nice atmosphere, beers for the parents, great food for the kids..Great place to take the family and watch a game, very classic.
They forgot to add hot sauce to our burgers, but offered to completely re make our orders. Just can't beat that kind of service.
The wait wasn't to bad! Went to purchased grilled cheese after 10 years . I loved their grill cheese only downside you can only get it with a kids meal.
I wanted to call my order in but apparently no one wanted to take it. I called 3 times from my cell and each time they pretend they couldn't hear. Then my wife called from a landline and got the same thing. I'm not buying it. Hire some adults.
Huge disappointment unfortunately. This is the first time I’ve had fast food in 3 weeks so it should have tasted amazing no matter what but it was bad. The fries were dry and unsalted. Fries are gross without salt and after they are not longer hot, salt no longer sticks when you try adding it. The burger was also DRY. My guess is overcooked or old. I thought I remembered there being more flavor also but maybe they don’t season their patties. I asked for onions and ketchup and barely received any. This was a waste of money. McDonald’s or Burger King would have been a better experience. Someone picked this order up for me but I would return it if I could go back. There was no quality control check here.
Haven't been in Rochester for a few years, so of course a garbage plate from Billy's was due. Actually ended up with 2 over 10 days ? Consistently good and worth the 2 year wait. I got pickle chips the 2nd time and they were pretty mediocre and I thought their ranch was just OK.
