I have always liked Bill Gray's, but it is hit or miss depending on the location visited. We used the drive through at this location today because we had our dogs with us. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was great. The wait time is a little longer than most drive through windows, but that is to be expected when the food is prepared to order.
Waited over ten minutes at Drive thru after I paid before a simple Chessburger showed up and no napkins. Attitude was worst than imaginable.
Overall place is better than OK. But some dishes are just not good enough. I believe 4 stars is a fair score.
Place was overwhelmed by orders. Watched them throw out a lot of food off counter. Plus messed up a couple orders while I waited. Another issue food was cold. If I had time I would of asked for money back!

Ok so the two cheeseburger plate here is half the size of plates I've ever gotten elsewhere, and twice the price, but the quality and flavor plus the AMAZING service of the happy staff at this location make it worthwhile. Believe me, it still filled me up! And the hot sauce, while more a chili than the traditional cinnamon meat sauce, was really great and flavorful and very spicy in a good tasty way! I'll probably hit them up again next week. Everything is fresh and hot and tasty and the restaurant is super-clean.
This place has gone down hill over several years. The girl at window asked if I wanted my receipt and what I had to drink . I said yes I want my receipt and it should tell you what I ordered on the screen? I asked for my receipt 3 times after that , burger meal was still pink , soggy fries asked for them to be well done . Ordered a garbage plate and an extra bag bc it was leaking . The food was thrown into the box super messy not even piled up . I ordered a chicken finger kids meal the chicken was over cooked and was super brown had to throw this away. Not to mention i waited 35 minutes in line to have my food handed to me , asked for me receipt again and my drink. The young girls need to pay attention, not worry about their phones - wash their hands after touching it if preparing the food , and learn to multitask. 2nd time coming thinking it’ll be better this time and it was not
