Customer service sucks!! The owner has no personality is rude and seems upset he is working. Use to go there but will make the 15 min drive to Balsam Bagels for better customer service and bagels. The breakfast sandwiches are made in the microwave so disgusting.
Bagels are good, other items on the menu are subpar. I've gone to this location a handful of times & the older man who works there is very rude. His customer service skills are horrible & he made my order wrong. I will never go back.

First off. Let me say that I hate having to give them 3 stars, because I love their bagel sandwiches. But the older man who works there, is awful. He is rude, not only to the customers, but to the younger employees. He rushes you while you are ordering. Then completely messed it up. This isn't just a one time occurrence either. We go here every weekend and everytime he is working, it's a bad experience. That said. The food is great! And they have a decent selection, we try to get there earlier bc sometimes they run out. Definitely worth a trip!
