These people are on point with my order EVERY single time. They’re kind, quick and efficient. No complaints here I love this location!

I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes.. nobody answered or took my order. I drove around to the window and there was 2 people. A white guy who looked like he was in a prison uniform. This place is always closing the drive through and horribly slow. I'm going somewhere else. Smd

Absolutely avoid! They are CONTINENTAL DRIFT SLOW. The employees are beyond annoyed to serve customers the last two times I was there. The drive through did not budge. I have picked up mobile orders for other people via GrubHub, and the inside of the restaurant is literally filthy. Especially with a wide open kitchen to see. I was honestly surprised they allow such conditions. Go somewhere else. They simply do not care about customer service at it's baseline. ??

So...I haven't been to Arby's in years...literally. I was thinking "hey, maybe i'll try Arby's"...that was until I read the reviews. My takeaway...Arby's sucks. The ONLY one with consistently good reviews...Erie Station Rd., and I'd have to drive over 30 min. to go there. I don't know how these franchises are STILL in business. The terrible food...rude, poor customer service...wrong orders...lack of menu items. And then the same AUTOMATED, pat 'response' from "owners". It's apparent they care less than their employees. NOPE...eff Arby's.

People have their own opinions about Arby's and that's fine, but their Buffalo chicken sandwich absolutely slaps. It slaps so hard that I have an open assault charge against that sandwich. We're probably gonna settle out of court but damn, that's an impressive sandwich. Also their fries are baller.

Man, what a disaster that place is. Plenty of staff, but after 15 mins in line no one answered the drive through speaker. Go inside to order and employees arguing and avoiding me at the register. Finally order and wait another 10 mins for cold, dry food.

The laziest group of employees and very, one employee was completely disrespectful to and elderly man, another employee was on her phone well literally taking and order, another woman was completely ignoring a woman simply asking for a spoon! Mind blowing how society can treat others. If your that miserable in your job, LEAVE!!!!!!!!!

First, they shut down the drive thru at least 45 minutes before close, then after waiting for 25 minutes (only 5 people in line btw) in line to get to the counter, I asked for a shake and with 10 minutes left before close, they tell me shakes are already shut down. Have you ever decided to give a restaurant you never go to another chance and then remember exactly why? Yep, service or the ridiculous lack thereof. Honestly, if I could give half a star or less I would. Even Mc Donald's will give you the full menu and service til close. Get a clue guys

Okay… so I pull through the drive through- they say they are short staffed and I need to come in. Fine. I go in. No one greets me for over 10 minutes… I have my 7 year old with me. We walked out with him crying. I noticed there were about 5 workers. 6 grub hub orders. I ended up walking out because it was clear no one cared about even saying hi sorry we are very busy we can’t even take your order. There were 3 people behind me. Other people were thrown their orders. The one heavy set man was yelling at the girl with braids. Because the man who already orders says he’s been waiting 16 minutes for his food. It was obvious no one was ever going to acknowledge us. Why do you work in customer service?

15 minutes+ for a small order. They managed to take the order wrong, and then gave me attitude about wanting a refund. They were busy separating sequins on the counter and couldn't be bothered to drop the chicken even 10 minutes after ordering. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.I've never seen such a slack fast food restaurant. That's saying something.
