Food was good. It took quite a few tries to get the order right though. Overall not bad but when you are told the barbecue sauce is taking so long because the kitchen is backed up it makes you wonder.
Food was very good but prices are higher than they were on my last visit. I guess that's understandable. However, it is good to know that Uncle Joe is looking out for us.
Always a long wait to be seated and even longer wait for your waiter or waitress. Decent good Missy of the time. Manager is very friendly
Went there for graduation celebration dinner. The service was awesome. The waitress Barbara was fantastic.
I went there yesterday for a late lunch with my friend. Had an eh experience. The food was alright minus the undercooked steak but I'd rather it be under than over. But the problem was that the fire alarm went off twice! No one came to address it about us. All the management and employees were just sitting around as if nothing was happening! The 2nd time it went off the fire department came and turned it off. No apology or explanation. It was weird because someone was getting interviewed at the table next to us. It was an awkward experience all around. Also, one of the $5 drinks wasn't actually $5 as advertised on the door and online.
Every time I go to this place they're short of staff one server with a line full of people definitely need to do better
Placed an order through GrubHub at 5, said the order would be ready between 5:35-5:45. I want to say right off the bat, the chick that was running curbside was amazing and very apologetic. We ordered a sampler combo and a chicken alfredo bowl, nothing difficult. We watched several cars come and go after we got there. At one point they even canceled the grubhub order and resubmitted it through their system. At 6:20 my boyfriend went in to speak to the manager. At 6:40 he finally came out with our order (which was wrong. Asked for no Pico on the quesadilla.) What an absolute joke. Never coming back to this Applebee's.
Had my favorite. Very happy. Service r was very nice and service good.I enjoy my meal.
I always enjoy their food, I spend more money this time then normal. Prices on the menu went up, at the end receiving my receipt I was surprised about how much the bill was. But the food is great.
My boyfriend and I only get a couple nights here and there to go do something without the kids. We’ve gone to Applebee’s in gates a few times now and sat at the bar. The bartender Matt is always friendly to us and on top of everything! He even remembers us! The drinks are great and the food is actually not bad either! It’s nice to stay somewhere close to go home and get decent food! Kudos to Matt for being so great!
