Came to Applebee's to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Christine W was our waitress. She did an amazing job taking care of all 13 of us alone. She had no help and we saw other workers standing around.
I will never come here again I watched the lady take a cup of water from a table were people had just left and attempted to give it to me which had left over food on it, as she seen me look at the cup she asked if I wanted another water, if not for my daughter wanting to stay I would walk out my server forgot multiple things. Overall unsatisfied ?
We waited forever for our carside to go order. Spent about 70$, got home the food was terrible. My loaded waffle fries had nothing but cheese on them, my fiance nachos looked a day old. We didn't eat most of it.
The meal was average, at best. Our server started out very grumpy, eventually coming around to a positive attitude. Even the bloody Marys tasted watered down. Overall it was not a good experience.
we've oftentimes experienced poor service from which we'd been satisfied with either a replacement or refund from simple order errors & yet still — with consideration for hard work & random deliciousness. However, in such instances as a recent visit, my wife ordered me a honey chicken strips pasta from the 2for$20, requesting no bacon within the sauce, only to discover, upon bringing it home—bacon all covered chicken.upon calling the following afternoon (because the restaurant had closed the evening of the order), the manager available, expressedvlittle concern, with a reference of "what would you like for me to do about it?", handing the phone to another staff, whom specifies the meal as having bacon within the sauce & no refund can be processed; there is no corporate office to issue a complaint & the only resolution is a credit.the meal isn't worth the cost —despite the inflationwhat happens if the alternative isn't as requested?ill be contacting the BBB
Gross, gross, gross!! Restaurant filthy! Floors, tables sticky, windows with fingerprints, and crayon scribble. Food was greasy. It tasted like microwaveable frozen meals. Waitress was very nice, although her fingernails were like 6 inches long, this is a turn off when you’re handling food. Server’s with No dress code wearing whatever. I’m sorry Applebee’s please do better!
Disgusting meal for all 4 members of the family with takeout.Rubbery chicken with no flavor.Our four cheese Mac and cheese were just noodles and butter with some gross chicken on top.Medium steak looked like a dry overcooked line cook hamburger.But seriously paying $16.49 for 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders, it literally had no cheese and the chicken was just so gross.Just save yourself the trouble and avoid Applebee's in general, it's not the only store I've tried and have problems with.
Well never came here again. The hostess sat me and waited 10 min and came back to tell me that section. Was closed and had to move me to another booth. Waited 15 min for the waitress to come an take my order. She took forever to take an order for a mixed drink and boneless wings. I will find another lication to go to before I come back to this one.
Can't think of a reason to remove a star. I know it's a chain restaurant with safe meal choices, but everything was cooked and seasoned well. My steak was very good. The perfect margarita drinks are excellent. The prices are decent too.
Food was ok. You pay for what u get. Service was not good. We waited longer and we were a big group. Then it's our turn and we get bumped for a party the same size that just got there. Not happy about that.
