We requested a custom order cake and they completely nailed it! Described the look and colors over the phone and got EXACTLY what we wanted. Even adding our favorite, Pistachio-Pineapple to the outer layer. (Normally it’s vanilla) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Oh, did I mention that it was delicious?! People were raving about it. We ordered a large and served 15 SUPER filling pieces. Can’t say enough good things.
Always great desserts, but their prices are getting out of hand. We love Abbott's, but slow down the price increases.

The milk shakes here are the second best I've had in New York (the top prize going to Jones Humdinger in Binghamton). They have an excellent, diverse menu and great flavors. We visit each time we're in Rochester. Very, very highly recommend.
