Me and my wife went there the worst milkshake I have had ordered strawberry she ordered banana neither tasted like it the flavor.

Ice cream was super tasty. I did not plan to come here, but when I saw the place I got that crave. Glad I did. Will return.
Certainly worth a return trip. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.
Customer service was horrible ?
The ice cream was supposed to be hard served and came out completely sloppy and very soft almost to the point of melting. The service was a little mediocre and the server submerged her hands into the bowl of sprinkles with the same pair of gloves she used to touch other things around the shop. Kind of a careless environment. Had posted signs of “must wear mask” and people were rolling up left and right without masks and were still being served. If you are going to enforce a rule, please enforce it for the health and safety of other customers please. If you’re going to Abbott’s frozen custard, just go to another location for a better experience.

Place is really clean and observes safe practices in this time of covid.
Little pricey but still. worth it.
