I've been wanting to try A&B for awhile now and I am blown away by how delicious their smoothies are! I got the Tropical Breeze smoothie today and it was amazing! Super light and refreshing, it hit the spot. I can't wait to try the Taste of Summer and an acai bowl next! If you are in the North Winton Village area run, do not walk, to A&B!
I tried Juice Lab for the first time today, and 5 stars all around! The employees are so friendly, they take their time making your order and make sure it’s all correct. You have to try the Summer Breeze smoothie, the yogurt parfait and the avocado toast! Will be back next weekend!

Delicious smoothies and such a cute little place! I got the Get Your Green On, which has green apple, banana, kale, and cucumber in it. Sometimes I get nervous about kale in smoothies, but this one was delicious. My wife got the Java Blast which has coffee, cinnamon,honey, almond milk, and whipped cream. It is a deliciously thick treat that doesn’t break the calorie back. See you guys again soon!
