we really had the WORSSTTTTT service last night, the waiter was telling US what we ordered when the food came out wrong after he wrote NOTHING down…spilled a drink on the birthday girl food & didn’t apologize or take anything off her bill ? somebody complained they food was cold this man went around the table asking everybody was they food cold in a VERY aggressive way because he “brought the food out hot” ? drinks HORRIBLE, food MID ASF, like never again & that was my first time I was super excited ☹️

I went there most likely at their busiest time (Dec) but that's how you know if the business is good. I MUST say the food and quality was top 10. The price was a bit expensive but I guess since the food was excellent I wasn't worried about that ? I drove a little over 1 1/2 hr so it met my expectations. I am looking forward to go back soon with a nice crowd ?
I've heard nothing but good things about this place so I had to check it out for myself. The decor inside is very nice, great customer service, and my food was done in less than 10 min. My food was delicious. The peppersteak was tender and juicy. Will definitely be returning.
Food was excellent. I took my family there and mom and dad for there anniversary.
With a reservation of 10 for 8pm it's now 9pm and we have yet to be seated. After being told one of the tables were being cleaned for us they gave it to a different party. Very unsatisfied. Horrible Customer Service. Rating 0 out of 100. Would never recommend. Wouldn't even serve us drinks downstairs while waiting.
I went in there to be nosey on 4/6/2022 and discovered they had food. so we ordered and when I tell you.... The food was great, the service was excellent. this is noted as one of my favorite places in Rochester. I will be back!!!
The food was hideous!! My mom ordered tacos and they said they had no taco sauce and don't carry it... how do you have tacos with no tacos sauce? I ordered a steak and they did not ask how did I want my steak prepared. They not only jerkied the steak but also cut it up in little pieces!! The rice was over cooked and looked like oatmeal. The drinks were good though. I wouldn't suggest no one to go there.
The mega drink was my favorite.The food was awesome.Customer service was phenomenal ?
Good food. While waiting for take out had a drink. Would have a couple more but waitress or bartender never ask or followed through. They also seemed short staffed. Will give another try. Would have spent more but no customer engagement!!
