The Food and the atmosphere is excellent. A little pricey
Food and service were very good. We were unaware that there was live music, which was very good too, but we were with friends and wanted a quieter setting so we could catch up with friends that we had not seen in months. It was our fault for not knowing about the music.
We had a marvelous time - everything was perfect - the ambience, food, wine list and price BUT the best part was our server - she was a total delight. Thank you - hope we can visit again soon!!
Even though this is a steakhouse and an excellent one at that, they do everything well. The soups were superb. The calamari was the best that we have had in a long time, and the Caesar salad was fantastic. The bison filet and hanger steaks were tender and flavorful and the mashed potatoes were buttery and smooth. Great place!!
When we first walked in there was a musty smell. The portions were good but the flavor was lacking.
The clam chowder was very citrusy or tart, which may not be to everyone’s taste. The soft shell crab was fresh and tasty, but over sauced. We found some dishes a bit salty. But overall it was still a pleasant dining experience.
Always a pleasure at Tweeds. Friendly service in a "local" feeling atmosphere.
Good food and good attentive service
This is not our first rodeo. This restaurant does not disappoint. We arrived early for our lunch reservation with friends. We sat at the bar and our bartender was attentive, conversational and prepared a perfect B52 on the rocks! Our friends arrived and we placed our lunch orders, Kobe beef hamburger, and duck wraps. The food was delicious; the fries fried to perfection! We forgot to request separate checks but our server prepared same without an issue. This restaurant has been at that location for a very long time. There is a lot of pride with every aspect one would expect from a dining experience.
The food and the service were both outstanding. My wife and I had a wonderful conversation with the owner Mr. Tuccio and even took a ride to the bison farm. It could not have been a better afternoon.
