Wow. Hidden gem here! Such a quaint, little place! The coffee was terrific along with the omelet and French toast! The staff was pleasant! Would definitely come back again!
We tried the mushroom omelets, cold mocha, blackened chicken panini, and goji brownie.We really liked both the panini as well as the mushroom omelet! The panini is not as spicy as I thought but the taste is amazing because they load it up with avocado, tomato, and a sauce. Plus, the chicken is marinated pretty well.The omelet comes with 2 pieces of butter toast which feels homemade. The portion size is very good!Overall my expectations were met and I would recommend to anyone traveling near riverhead, ny.
Such an uncomfortable overpriced experience. Anyone working there really has no business being in the food/customer service industry. Then the prices are ridiculous. They have you paying over what Hamptons pricing would be but are located in Riverhead ha. I will say food is good but the coffee is horrible. Please work on kindness and rethinking the prices. Not everything is about money and a lot of a little is still a lot. And you will find a more enjoyable life and business if you are kind. As for me, I am super happy never to step foot in the cafe again.
Food was amazing. I got the Latin fire panini, white chocolate raspberry scone & a banana dolce iced tea - however, the man who served me seemed less than thrilled to be there. Debating whether he was just having a bad day, or if he is normally so glum towards customers. I would like to go back.

Since I’ve been on vacation and just moved to Baiting Hollow, I finally found a cute coffee place where I went everyday while on vacation for the organic coffee! Unbelievably delicious along with the blueberry and wild strawberry scones and turnover! So many cute options and food is very fresh! From seeing the reviews, yes it can be pricey but you pay more for fresh and good food. Owner does have a little tough personality but you have to get past that and let’s all be honest, us New York’s need a good “check your ass” in here and there as we can have just as a strong personality! ? He told me that it took him over a year to specially pick his coffee that he serves and now I know why I am obsessed with it!!! Today I tried the Swiss cheese and mushroom omelette and it was so dam good!!!!! Owner brought it to me and was not happy but he loved that I was so happy eating it. My favorite is all of his pear trees he’s growing outside near the sitting area which makes the experience that much better. See pics below. You have to try this place and go for the experience. My new FAV coffee house for sure! God Bless!

Blonde owner with thick accent shoved my mom and didn’t say sorry. Then she was extremely short and rude with us as we ordered. I ordered a strawberry scone and was given a cranberry scone. Not a fan of this place!
