They're so decieving. I asked for the 8 piece bucket meal, all breast. She said itll be extra i said ok. They tucked wings under 3 or 4 breast meat. Also the lady at the register kept saying i wanted dark meat, but i kept saying white. Lol just horrible
Not sure if the service is any better than it was in the past. I used the app to order ahead and my food was ready when I got there. I literally walked in, grabbed my stuff and walked back out, with no human contact. Which was good because nobody was at the counter!The food was great, chicken tender combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. I also ordered an extra side of mac & cheese. Everything was hot and delicious! If say this KFC has improved over the years!

They either dont take the order right, or make you wait 25 minutes to wait for chicken. They are a poor excuse for fast food. They really deserved no star.

The chicken came out dry and greasy not what I'm used to from KFC recommend going to the one in Shirley
