Ordered a chicken quesadilla to be delivered , when I received my food It was dry chicken on a tortilla NO cheese , they left the cheese out on a quesadilla and after going through that awful automated system trying to get someone on the phone to have a replacement sent I finally get someone on the phone tell them what happened they put me on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up , couldn’t even call back bc I work in an emergency room and didn’t have time to call again and be stuck on phone that long. So disgusting and disappointing that a Mexican food chain can forget to put cheese on a quesadilla the word literally means cheese on a tortilla. Spent 13 on a quesadilla that had no cheese it in smh
More expensive than I thought, but then saw that guacamole ($5.00 each) and queso (?) cost extra.All in all, pretty good. This was the first time we have ever visited Chipotle. Staff was very friendly and answered all of questions without seeming annoyed. Food was fresh and the correct temp (hot or cold). Portions were plentiful too.
Had a dead bug on a piece of lettuce in a burrito bowl. On top of it People behind the counter are very slow and do not add enough portions.
Absolute Worst Chipotle, food has been so inconsistent. Not to mention, now if you don’t have a mask, don’t even bother going. You’re made to wait in line and then when it’s your turn to order they kick you out. As you’re being kicked out they tell you, you can order online and come back in (without a mask), to pick up. Must be the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. I left without incident, but don’t even think about questioning them, or they make a huge scene in front of the entire establishment (which they did you the man with his two daughters in line behind me). Starting to make more and more sense why these places aren’t nearly as busy anymore. Awful food, awful customer service and idiotic policies. I don’t know how anyone with common sense could work there.
This location doesn't scimp out on the portions. My Burrito bowl was filled to the max. Staff was very nice.
We used to come here a lot. The food has been hit or miss recently. The last time we went, everything was too salty to eat. We’ve been disappointed more times than not
Avoid this place. They have a mask policy even though the indoor mandate was lifted. You can stand in line without a mask but once you reach the counter you will not be able to place an order. Employees weren't wearing masks covering their nose, a few feet behind you no one in the dining room is masked up. Moe's is far better.
Customer service does not exist here. Neither does consistent food quality and portions. If the person at the counter is in a bad mood, you'll get the equivalent of a teaspoon of protein in your order. I will not be wasting my time here again
One of the places I stop at on my way to the hamptons. Once a week and a good burrito is on its way.
If I could give the Riverhead NY location 0 stars i would!! Just waisted 20 mins because they do not have enough people working to find out they can not give me change of a $20.00 bill on a $9.00 order. This is my 3rd bad experience here and never a manager in site....very poorly run place!
