Using the phone app being a Royal Crown Club member you get free upsizes on fries OR beverages on meals but this store rips you off by downsizing the OTHER choice you didn't pick. Example, I buy a MEDIUM meal on the app and being a crown club member your given a choice of a free upsize to large on either fries OR Soda. I select large fries. Go to the counter to pick up the meal they give me a SMALL cup for the soda. I question it, girl goes to manager comes back and says that's a medium when it's a SMALL size cup. She even at the start leaned into grabbing the actual medium cup then stopped herself to get the small instead. And depending on who is at the counter I DO get the actual medium cup other times. Know what I now do? When I get my soda I fill the cup halfway and then dump it out and then fill my cup up. They're paying for it either way!! And for what was probably a 5 cent difference in the sizes! Real effin scummy! And I'm a 2x's a week customer in this store = $1k+ yearly business from me.
Rude Manager. Work on your anger issues, go to an anger management class or something but no need to be absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. He messed up not only my order but a kind young man’s order who ordered before me. I asked a simple question and he responded in the worst tone. Do better. Kitchen workers are great though, very hard working ladies who you can clearly tell don’t like their manager…
Service with a smile and hot food. The manager has been running the show for many many years and it shows. The restaurant is clean, food hot and the staff are happy.

Every time I go, they screw up order, get cold food,Order 2 breakfast sandwiches pull around pick up food, open to eat and meat and eggs are cold.Service has really gone,Do not recommend
This is by far one of the worst Burger King ever. The manager is absolutely rude as hell. I don’t know what he thinks of himself. I have went there twice and both times he has done the same mistake and tells me it’s my fault. I order and pay for large fries and onion ring but yet he gives me medium instead, like what does he think I m stupid not knowing the difference in size. I even asked him to use two cupons and he said that he doesn’t know if it works, then he said that it worked, but yet still he charged me regular price for 1$ fires and onion rings. He is the most aggravating and rude manager I have met. He needs to learn better customer service.
We came an hour and a half before closing and someone took half of our order and then cut us off and left…..you should be fired and I’m not coming back that was equally creepy and disrespectful
