Horrible service food came out cold we had to keep asking for various things we ordered that never came out had to ask for drinks and forks never even brought plates out for appetizers
Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Restaurants with good service and hot food are hard to find. We had an amazing waitress who handled our large group with so much care...our service was perfect. The manager also came by our table to make sure everything was good (he was hilarious) and handed us boxes after over hearing us needing some. All the food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. 6 stars if possible!
If I could give this place zero stars I, would. My husband and I DoorDashed burgers and fries with cheese from the Riverhead location. When it came, we could tell the fries were not just cold, but actually old and must have been sitting around for hours before they added cheese that could barely be identified as cheese to them. When we lifted a fry, the entire container of fries came up in one congealed chunk. It was so bad, we called the restaurant just to tell them they needed to check out what people are sending out from their kitchen. Honestly atrocious food. We wouldn’t even feed it to our dogs.
One of the worst experiences I have had. We ordered a Burger and “Fries.” The reason fries are in quotes is because I am saying that is what they passed them off as. They tasted similar to McDonalds Fries if you left them out all night and tried to reheat them but when they came out of the oven they were still cold. They put a cheese substance on it that glued them together so when you picked them up they were in one big chunk. The cheese was crispy. Which seems to almost defy the laws of Physics because cheese should “I don’t know” melt. I wouldn’t even be upset as I am if it wasn’t for the uninterested staff that put me on hold for 10 minutes to ask me finally “So what you didn’t want cheese?” Unbelievable.

Great food at reasonable prices. Conner the manager seated us, followed up to see if we enjoyed our lunches and assisted his staff by cleaning off tables. Nice to see a manager not afraid to get his hands dirty! YOU ROCK Conner!
What a horrible experience. The one waitress was working hard back by herself while other people stood around. It took 50 minutes to get my 20 wings and i watched them get my order wrong twice and another tables order wrong. No manager came up to offer any discount. I had to takw my food out becuase i couldnt wait any longer. I saw a table get 90 wings before my 20. No reason to step foot in there. Just order takeout.
Absolutely appalling. Servers had their masks under their nose, so unprofessional especially during these times. On top of that, food was cold. Felt like they just served frozen chicken , half microwaved it, splashed some sauce on it. The drinks from the bar was pretty good, that’s about it.
Awesome We had a great time, Food was great and drinks were Flowing !!! Bartenders were cute and Friendly!!!
Last experience was ok, been there before and was great but lately their service has been declining. Take forever to get a waiter and also to order and to ask for napkins. Simple things like that. Food is good.
