multiple missing items from our order very poor service
They have great food and the experience is great they are a little slow on the drive through tho
Service was good at the counter getting the food took a little longer than expected but the counter-girl was awesome very attentive and double and triple check my order food was Wendy's you know what you're getting if you've ever eaten there but it's always been very consistent
Never had the breakfast before and this time we did amazing taste and was very good with one sandwhich lol! Thank you!
I went through the drive thru and I tried to ask the guy who was working at the window a question and kept shutting the door window in my face. Also the fries were cold
Stop here during the day for the first time in a long time. The night crew is definitely more polite than the day crew. I can’t believe they still let that physically small girl work there. She’s one of the rudest.??
We just stopped for a quick bite, and the food was good, same as any Wendy’s, but the Frosty-ccino was bitter. Had to ask for extra cream to sweeten it up a bit. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our food was out quickly.
The most reliable fast food option in Glens Falls and surrounds! Service is fast, courteous, and ACCURATE! PLUS? FROSTIES!! YEAH! And - baked potatoes, not fries.

The drive threw is fast how ever my bf needed to use the rest room so we thought we would order inside the line took pretty long but you could see the cars moving along threw the window and no one cooking was wearing gloves and serving fries without no gloves during a pandemic the sandwich maker was the only one with gloves !!!! ?
