Great customer service! love going to any Texas roadhouse anytime we visit somewhere, the atmosphere and employees are always on point!!!

Food delicious, ready in reasonably quick time. Exactly as I ordered. I was driving through so had to call my order in, and felt like the girl who took my order was irritated I didn't use online, but Still, I would have given 5 stars- HOWEVER- I was missing silverware and had none in my vehicle. So then, I was the irritated one 5 miles down the road ?Overall though, the food was fresh and exceptional!
I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse, and I want to bring attention to a waiter that I have had serve my family and I 3 times now, here at the Queensbury, NY location. His name is Kevin, and he was working Saturday May 7, 2022, at 6:30 pm. I want to bring attention to him, because he is TOP NOTCH! He is kind, patient, friendly, funny, and extremely efficient. He works hard and doesn’t miss a beat. I absolutely wish I could have him as a server every time I dined here. I think too many times, exceptional waiters, and waitresses don’t get credit where credits is due. They simply get a tip or don’t. I’ve given Kevin a 25% tip the last two times I’ve gotten him as my waiter, simply because he truly deserves it. most waiters and waitresses that I’ve had at any restaurant hasn’t gotten more than 20% from me. I hope Kevin has realized that by the amount of the tip, that I truly do appreciate him and his 110% effort he puts into his job and attentiveness. I hope I am lucky enough to keep getting him as my server when I visit your restaurant. Kevin, you are one of a kind, thank you for what you do.
The food was outstanding! Get there early because tables go fast! Steaks melt in your mouth! Warm bread and savory butter and the bucket of peanuts are the best! It's usually packed and you may have to wait for a table but it's well worth the wait. You do have an option to get texted when your table is ready so you don't have to sit there and wait if you don't want to. Staff is very friendly and eager to please! There is also a full service bar!
Picked up an online order from the take out window. Woman there SLAMMED the window in my face. Where do they find these employees? Horrible experience!
They have online ordering. It was super easy to go through. When you get there, you just text them that you're there. That way you don't stand around waiting outside twiddling your thumbs.The girl at the window was pleasant, prompt, and ensured a quality experience, by offering help. We ordered a lot.The food was good, it was still hot even after a 40 minute drive.We bought too much food as it turns out, because we were stuffed not even halfway through.They offer half gallons of different teas and lemonade.Over an excellent experience.
Great waiter tonight and great atmosphere. The food was good and filling. Very busy but still fit everyone in. To make sure you get in at the time you want go to the website and get on the waitlist for preferred time
