I tried to go there for breakfast this morning at 7:05. They open at 7:00. Nobody was taking orders at the drive-thru and I sat there for 5 mins. I drove around to the front door but both doors were locked. There were 2 cars in the parking lot so I know somebody was inside. I guess you can't get reliable help, even at $16/hr. Went to Dunkin Donuts instead.
I went to this Taco Bell drive thru and asked for a Mexican pizza and to replace the beef with black beans. The manager did not change it on the screen so I could confirm my order which was fine, and said she would adjust it at the register. I got hoke and took a bite of the pizza and it was loaded with ground beef, which makes me severely ill. I called back and the girl was rude. She took my name and as I asked what I do to get the replacement she hung up on me. I tried to call back and they would not answer the phone.
Have been avoiding going to taco bell for months because every time my order is messed up.. Just like ever other time I've been to this taco bell my order was messed up again tonight and missing my nacho fries box. Not a horribly big deal. But every time we have gone we end up missing something. They no longer use boxes and throw everything in one bag leaving a mess of opened tacos in the bottom of the bag also making it impossible to check your order untill you make it home. At almost 10 dollars a meal and the fact that it's been more than a handful of times in a year I've lost over much over 100 dollars in meals in the year. Earning you a 1 star review.And on a side note the last time we ordered which was the main reason for avoiding your store we were shorted a whole steak chalupa #6 meal. When given our order we were never given a receipt and when I realized and drove back around to go get it they were refusing to give me my missing meal due to no reciept. It wasn't untill I refused to move from the drive thru window they finally decided to cave and give me my meal. So along with always getting screwed on a meal I was also given horrible customer service. If it wasn't for the fact that there is only a McDonald's in the area I can guarantee you wouldn't still be in buisness with those attitudes and service in a more competitive location.
I have no idea, nor do I wish to know, what magical ingredients go into 10 soft tacos but they are smashing. I love the little papers the tacos are served inside but they absolutely are perfect for eating while driving. Then if you live in cold wintery places leave three in the car over night. They age well I must say.
Dropped down to one star. Food and service is OK, but every winter they plow the lot and pile the snow into the handicap parking spots. Complained several times, but they never fix it. Will file a formal complaint with the city next year if they don't improve.
Staff was friendly and food was great, however they were unorganized and clearly behind on orders. Food was overpriced and the dine-in drink machine was down. Skip this location.
I placed an order online and picked it up in the drive-thru lane! The food was good! & the prices were reasonable!
most of the time, the food is great. i've been ordering form this location for months and my food has only been incorrect once or twice. they always pay attention to special requests. and for some reason the food tastes better here than the other location
My family and I love the food, the employees, the cleanliness and choose it as our go to place for some great fast food combined with excellence!
There were 7 people behind the counter just joking around while 1 person prepared our order. I also watched a worker smash a tostada shell against his head as a joke and it crumbled on the floor… however … that one guy who prepared our food while his co workers joked around - did a good job. My Crunchwrap was packed and it was so good
