waited in drive thru for a full hour before i even got to order then they said they were out of cheese, beans, rice, beef, steak, and chicken. i asked what i could get on a quesadilla and they said potatoes. then we had to notify the ppl behind us that this was happening because no employee thought to do their job and tell people who were waiting for an hour that they were out of EVERYTHING. aside from that, everything was locked in with curbs so i couldn’t even escape - i had to wait for 10 more minutes until i got to the road. AND people behind us ordered (and paid) online and also couldn’t get their beans, cheese, rice, beef, steak, or chicken. i’m so so hungry.
Only gave it that many stars to leave a review. Twice had to wait over an hour for orders. Last night was told they would not make the DoorDash order I was there to pick up because they couldn’t find it after I waited an hour for it and asked for it multiple times in that hour. Many dashers came in and told me if similar experiences with this particular Taco Bell also. Stay away from upper Glen st. if you can.
Do yourself a favor and skip this one.I've tried. I've REALLY tried...but every dang time I go the order is wrong. Food completely missing. I've dealt with it, since I live about 5-10min away it's a pain to drive back when I order takeout, but last time I order you guys missed my son's ENTIRE order. I drove back to get his food and overheard others saying they had missing items too.I've complained before. The owner was kind and tried to make up for it. I'm sorry to still be complaining but NOTHING has changed. Orders are still wrong.Just go to Exit 18.
Used the drive through and ordered 4 things (2 cinnabon orders and 2 chalupas). not much at all. Got told pull in and wait for our order. We waited for a half hour, I go in nicely and ask where my order is..To be told it’s going to take another 10-15 minutes because their “oil needs to heat up”… As i’m waiting i hear the MANAGER tell her workers, loud enough for me to hear. “SOMETIMES WE FORGET ABOUT THEM UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY COME IN”…That is unacceptable in a food place. You shouldn’t loudly tell your workers it’s basically okay to forget the orders until they’re reminded..Horrible experience.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I stood for over 45 minutes waiting for food and waiting for them to then correct my order. When I went to the counter the second time I was ignored multiple times when I began speaking to staff. This is after my girlfriends sister had to go up and stand for 15 minutes.The restaurant was a filthy mess and the staff were rude and incompetent. The new girl who I believe is Maggie (brown hair, and huge white nails) is absolutely ridiculously slow. She has absolutely no work ethic and stood around in the way of all the staff. She didn’t listen to the person who I believe is named Anita who was attempting to get her to do something and she was all around hindering the entire restaurants ability to get out food. I think that Crystal deserves a raise because she was the only reason your restaurant stayed open, she was out performing every single one of those employees and they constantly treated her poorly. Usually I would not be able to pick up on the interactions between employees but I stood at the counter for 45 minutes. There was also a young man who was unkept and when Crystal asked him to do something he said “do it yourself”. I think you seriously need to consider terminating many of your staff or at the least having a stern disciplinary meeting with those who are treating others badly and ruining the entire operation.
Placed a mobile order and got a confirmation number with pickup time, even the money was taken from my friends account. Got to the restaurant and they did not have our order. Even made sure it was at the correct taco bell. The manager was extremely rude saying she would escort us out because she does not know anything about mobile orders and couldn’t get us our food so we needed to leave unless we could figure it out on our own. It is completely understandable that it was busy, but the first lady who tried to help I believe was an assistant manager and was very friendly. Finally, the manager came to talk and it was terrible from the start. Will not go back to this location again and would give 0 stars if possible.
I pay an extra $2 to get extra meat... tell me why there's LESS meat when I order more????? They say their food is TOP NOTCH but every time I get it its either soggy...or COLD. This is not top notch to me this is below the tier of even being BAD. I will not be ordering from here anytime soon!.
Not much to say about the product, as it's typical of most Taco Bells, but their staff is quite underwhelming. Make sure you keep modifications (including meat choice) to a minimal variance from what is actually listed on the menu, and make sure to verify you got all your items before leaving.
Ordered 2 crunch wraps. Was told to pull around front. Waited for 35 minutes. Went in the store and I was ignored by every employee I tried to speak to. Had to go through the drive-through again and block the drive-through until they gave me my food. Multiple customers inside were shaking their head at how blatantly I was being ignored by every employee.
Because of covid usually have to use the drive thru which is longer than it used to take.descent meal for the money which means everything to me right now
